We rented a house in Balaton Fured. The owners of the house - Raymond and his wife Beate - also have a coffee shop which serves breakfast. They invited us to come around to try it as their guests. We did not pay them for the breakfast. My review would be the same whether we paid or not. You would need a car to get here, itâs about 5 minutes from the tourist strip in Balaton Fured, but worth the drive in my opinion. Firstly, the orange juice was freshly squeezed. Secondly, the coffee beans from Honduras made an excellent cup of coffee. You can buy the beans here, as well as a large selection of teas. The bagel was delicious and the omelette good. English is spoken by both Raymond and his wife, who give every customer their full attention and service. On weekends you can park under the building for free.
We arrived to the restaurant 30 minutes before closing time, but the staff was very kind, and served us as good as possible. The food was ok. We ate burgers and mixed grill plate.
Ãvek óta látogatjuk a pincét.

Morzsa mission: Special dishes are available from special ingredients for everyone in Balatonfüred every day of the year.
I do not recommend the place at all. I ordered vegetarian quesadilla but it contained small meat pieces probably from previous prepared food on the same pan! They have only 3 types of meal and this is really terrible if the cook does not change the pan/ clean the grill! I havenât ever experienced something like this over 20 years since I am the vegetarian. Next thing - the quesadilla was filled by carrot and 2 slices of tomato and bit of cheese, would really say the food was worth the money. I am very surprised this place is part of the gastro map. Waitress was kind of sleepy and was not possible to pay by card.
This is a very nice restaurant with many guests (some recurring :-). The food is very good and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Can only recommend it.

Don't be surprised if it's quiet, the food is very good. The menu is varied and offers local delicacies. We ordered the Tuna salad for starters. It was a massive portion. Definitely value for money. For mains we ordered crispy chicken, more like grilled chicken breast with a slight of crispy on top, so it was healthy! I was expecting chicken nuggets style, but no, this was healthy and good.My friend had the sausage stew, a typical Hungarian dish. Very good! The staff are helpful and joyful, my only comment, and I write this in the hope the manager sees and wants to improve where they can, all of the staff touch/Scratch/rub some part of their face and body. It doesn't affect the quality of the food or restaurant, it only matters if you're pedantic about these things. If you're OCD like myself.

we ate yesterday in this excellent restaurant. very friendly staff and delicious dishes. I recommend the barley risotto with foie gras poêlé or the duck breasts. We hesitated between two dishes and the chef surprised us by making a small plate of the dish that we did not choose for us to taste. very good local wine as well. so a beautiful address, very welcoming and very refined cuisine.

A cozy bistro on one of Hungary's most beautiful lake shore, Tagore Promenade and on the most popular beach, which name is Eszterházy Beach. Original Italian pastas-pizzas, homemade burgers and dishes that you can find in the city only here. We're waiting
We came to Tihany/Balatonfured on the train from Budapest for the day for a "seaside" trip... ended up eating an early dinner here before our train home after a quick look at TA to find something reasonable - nothing to complain about at all. I had pizza, my husband had pasta... very reasonable pricing (can't remember how much exactly but the meal including soft drinks was less than 5000 for two people) ... it was very good! We paid on card without issues. The waiting staff were relatively young and friendly. We sat on the non beach side of the restaurant and commented that it would be quite good if you were at the beach, as you could just come here and eat if you were hungry. It wasn't busy but wasn't empty by the same token - the right level of busy!

This place is beautiful but difficult to find. We were there lunch time and more interested about their wine than lunch. They are not really organized as wine tasting is. We had a few flights their reds are outstanding. We had different appetizers dishes which were very nice. The place is gorgeous. We were lucky on a sunny day I would suggest they organized their wine tasting a bit better as their wine are for sure very interesting. Recommended By the time we left the patio was packed
