Have just moved to Sallins, and dined in Two Cooks, last Saturday.....What a fantastic meal my wife and I had...The staff are so friendly, the service excellent, the homemade breads to die for....We had the Mussels and sirloin, and would definitely have again, Cant wait to go back and taste all their menus....

On Saturday night even though they were very busy, they squeezed us in and despite the busyness, the service and attentiveness from the staff was excellent. food was extremely fresh and beautifully prepared with very generous portions. the Maudlins always makes an excellent Caesar salad and their apple and blackberry crumble was simply delicious. A lovely restaurant for fine dining and exceptionally good value at €16.95 for two courses early bird.

We called in here for lunch after a long walk. The staff are really lovely here. There were numerous specials and a fine menu as well.We had a lasagne and a mushroom risotto both of which were delicious. Would return if I was in Maynooth again. Highly recommended. On Thursday we hosted a Hospice Coffee Morning in our Pastoral Centre close to the Coffee Mill.
