Ginger's Cafe at the Intercontinental Hotel is one of our favorite places to go in Chongqing. It's pricey by Chinese standards, but you get your money's worth. The buffet is outstanding, with top-quality food and a HUGE assortment to choose from. The service is also the best in town, with lots of friendly, efficient, and attentive staff. The restaurant itself is well maintained, has nice decor and clean restrooms. I cannot recommend it highly enough ~ we go there for all our special occasions.

We had lunch here on tour. They have an excellent buffet featuring local Chinese food as well as international dishes. the local food means Szechuan, which is spicy and includes some dishes you really don't want to try, such as pig's blood. But there were enough familiar and recognizable dishes to make this a very pleasant dining experience.

A wide variety on offer at breakfast buffet....try the spicy/hot Chongqing noodles for breakfast! If you are in need of anything specific, it is worth asking a manager.....as they will make every effort possible to cater to it.

This is one of the best ADD Restaurants I saw so far in China! The choice is huge and the quality is good! The Restaurant is located at the 52nd Floor of Westin Hotel. Besides the food you can enjoy a beautiful view over the city of Chongqing!

Looking at the description of this place I was not sure if it was the same 'Latest Recipe' Restaurant that we attende. But the Address of 10 Jiangnan Aveenue is correct but we were at Le Meridien Hotel not WanDa AiMei Hotel as stated in the details of the page. Our breakfast was excellent with a good variety of dishes available to choose from and all that we tasted was great.

Wonderful nights sleep, lovely linens and a comfortable bed. My room was clean and quiet. Multilingual staff, excellent breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this during your travels to China.
