This was our first visit and it was an extremely pleasant experience and will definitely be going back such was the impression. It is located in the main stand of Durham Cricket club and more or less faces you as you drive through the gates. It was relatively quiet when we visited but there was no cricket game - and a completely different proposition on match days whereby you may have to park at one of the adjacent car parks outside the ground.Moving on to the dining experience itself. It is a sports bar so do not visit if you want to have a quiet lunch as there are several screens on in the bar itself - but on the flip side if you are a sports enthusiast then this is the place for you.The welcome was warm and inviting and cannot speak highly enough of Chloe and her bar staff as they were very professional and accommodating with nothing too much trouble. As it wasn't really busy we didn't have too long a wait for our food - which was piping hot when it arrived and very well presented. The 3 meals we opted for were a cheeseburger, pulled pork bun and a fish finger sandwich and all came with fries and coleslaw. The food was delicious and went down an absolute treat. The drinks are in line with other place and around the £4.50 mark for a pint of beer or lager and £3.00 for coke - there was a very good range of beers and lagers on display. The place itself is immaculate and very well presented with a great range of seating from booths , high chairs and traditional seating with tables. The other great thing about this place is that is free hire for any function you may have and can hold around the 150 mark and have subsequently booked my forthcoming birthday party here on the back of our visit. So a huge well done to Chloe as this is no going to be one of our regular places to eat as it is only a couple of miles from where we live. Thanks for leaving this review Stewart. We're looking forward to seeing you again and hosting your birthday partyAlex
