What a great find, so pleased we had dinner here. Itâs a funky little restaurant with great food and a very passionate host. For us, we have been going to Buenos Aires for 35 years since our honeymoon, and we had the privilege of seeing fantastic retaurants such as Clark's de recoleta, Au Bec Fin, Gato Dumas, Brasserie Pètanque and others that no longer exist, Pecora Nera represents all the best that we saw in those years. Perfect atmosphere, service, refinement and cuisine at the highest level. Thank you Daniel for these wonderful moments.

Had dinner here on a Thursday night. Half empty.Found Waitering extremely poor. Pouring water for two of the three dinners is rather poor practice.Charging for a complementary amouse bouche is not complementary. Prawn dish was good.Patagonia Lamb mains was average and the veal with truffle was over done.Lovely interior. Good wine list. Poor service. Dear Mr Nolanar,We appreciate your comments about your experience at Rëd resto & lounge. We regret not having exceeded your expectations. Your feedback is very important to improve our service and provide. We look forward to welcoming you back soon and reverse your experience.Remaining at your disposal,Kind regards,Paula CarzoglioGuest Services Manager

Cabernet offers finest haute cuisine in an exclusive cozy and quiet environment. Our patio places us in contact with nature while we enjoy the exquisite food and an excellent selection of wines. Our wine list is the largest you will find in Buenos Aires.
We had our first ever meal in South America at Cabernet based on the advice of our driver, and we were not disappointed. The chorizo appetiser was massive, but beautiful and very juicy - better even than Don Julioâs.The sirloin in red wine reduction was superb, and the waiters coped very well with our complete lack of Spanish, and request for a gluten free meal. The wine choice was spot on and the service generous, professional and warm.Seating options are inside, or a lovely covered adjoining courtyard facing a fabulous lovely street.

Santiago is the consummate host. You are welcomed to his home and start with empanadas and torrentes wine from Salta on the roof terrace where you meet your fellow dinner guests, You then moving to the dining room where the magic begins. Santiago takes you on a journey through Argentinian wine and its history accompanied by delightful food. The dining table has a light bar built in which allows you to observe the different colours of the various wines properly - perhaps the coolest thing i have seen!If you have a real love of food and wine then do not miss this opportunity. You meet your fellow diners as strangers and leave the best of friends related through drink forever.

The territory is, in fact, one of the biggest playfields of Chila's cuisine, and over the years the restaurant has rather inadvertently created a unique map of Argentina's regions with each of Pedro Bargero's menus or chapters. This map takes the country
Just go. Excellent food, service and wine, great presentation, worth every peso. I had the tasting menu paired with the wine package. They are both generous, wine is topped up and there are several small dishes in addition to the 7 on the menu. In total, at least 10-12 items. Delicious.

Excellent service. Big plate of meat and the best provaleta that we have ever had! Great wine options. Everything in BA is reasonably priced, even in high end restaurants. We had a free glass of fizz and the digestif are super sized! Really nice lunch in nice area.

Guillermo and Christian are excellent hosts and booking was not a problem. The food was truly excellent and for the quality the price was very reasonable. Like their other guests we received very helpful recommendations for our journey to Salta and beyond. A must do if you can get in !

Aramburu bets on the guest experience. The proprietary chef, Gonzalo Aramburu, experiments with sophisticated dishes that reflect his gastronomic philosophy, highlighting techniques of molecular gastronomy, such as: introduction of chemical elements (liqu
Wonderfully varied and thoughtful tasting menu. Very reasonably priced by the standards of equivalent European Restaurants. Definitely worth a Michelin star IMHO, perhaps two. If Iâm allowed a quibble it felt a bit rushed, and food could have been explained in more detail (but Sommelier irreproachable). Presentation delightfully (to my taste) un-pretty.

Simple decor, attentive servers, gracious host, interesting but not remarkable food courses, however the dominant memory is the overall low quality of the wines. As visitors to a place known for its wonderful wines we really expected a more refined and generally better selection paired to the various food servings. Definitely not a recommended spot for good quality wine appreciating people. I am very surprised by the high rated reviews this place got from TripAdvisor members...
