Staff at the Townsend are so sensitive, capable, and arrange everything so beautifully. We had 30 people for tea and everyone was served on time. The food was beautiful, champagne and tea was refilled constantly, and the pianist suggested by the Townsend did a great job. Laura Klein, the Tea Director, and all of her staff are wonderful and make the event memorable and comfortable. We've visited ML several times, the last for a birthday celebration. Everyone enjoyed their dinner choices. Especially the brussel sprouts appetizer. The nest in town in my opinion. Great craft cocktails too! We had the swordfish tacos and the ML burger. Both excellent. My only criticism would be that there are no reservations taken.
