The franscizinhna is truly amazing, it is really delicious, some of the best I've tried . The other meals such as sea foods can be a bit of a hit and miss, I tried the calamari and it was awful. So now I only come here for the same thing, and the cocktails are really good. The stuff really needs to be trained to Smile and be welcoming to stuff, and not look like they are forced to work. This is the biggest problem in Bissau, you can get turned off by the service in general, people do not look too happy to be working, they make you feel like you are bothering them. But the food is really good.Thanks for Your evaluation, we hope that we can definitely learn more with your comments believe if I tell you that we will do our best to trained our staff do be more lovely and quick. The Portuguese owners try their best to serve good food in a good atmosphere. They take advantage of a corner close to the pharmacy, and they manage to create a comfortable spot very succesful with expat and local crowd. The most recommended dish are the francesinhas, a big tasty sandwich. During season I especially appreciated the oysters. Service needs to improve, but this happens in all the city.

In such a good restaurant i would expect that they can speak English! Yes right the waiters cannot even understand basic English like cold water etc. I would suggest that they can memorize some words. The pasta was cold but i cannot even manage to send it back to oven :(
