From arrival through advice, ordering, service and leaving this was a very pleasurable experience. The staff are attentive at just the right level, their advice is highly knowledgeable, the cooking is to a very high standard and the food absolutely delicious. The owners are very proud of their restaurant, and quite rightly so. What a trendy, wonderful restaurant this is. The serve not just good food - the serve superb food, combined with excellent service in a modern, trendy designed restaurant featuring an open kitchen. The menu is very innovative with lots of interesting dishes making a decision what to order quite difficult. If you like meat - then try the meat of Harteke. Probably the best beef and veal I ever ate in Switzerland. This is a busy, popular restaurant, so do make a reservation well in advance. We were utterly amazed to find such a gem of a restaurant in Celerina. Wherever you stay in Engadin - this is a ''must visit'' restaurant.

We visited Bullrian for New Yearâs Eve 2019. Overall we had an absolutely fantastic evening; delicious food, lively atmosphere and energetic staff.The menu consisted of tapas to start, steak as a main course and a chocolate mousse to finish. All accompanied with a delicious wine menu. We chose to upgrade our main course to filet which tasted absolutely delicious. The day after, we were still talking about which dish was our favourite - we couldnât choose, they were all amazing. From start (an introduction to the building, the kitchen and the concept) to finish, we were overwhelmed by the wonderful staff and service. Fingers crossed youâll open a restaurant in Copenhagen one day! And otherwise, wishing you best of luck in Arosa. Weâll be back.
