A Miele Guide-awarded restaurant located in the historic Casa Vallejo. Our menu ranges from Spanish to slow-cooked meals inspired by hill stations.
After we settled in our hotel, we were looking for lunch and since Hill Station was just a 3 min walk away, this was where we headed.Upon entering, the aroma of food and coffee wafts in the air as the hill station coffee shop is in the foyer/lobby of the ground floor of the Casa Vallejo hotel. You walk past the coffee shop to the main dining area and the greenery of lush pine trees outside greets you from the big breezy windows. The kitchen is semi open so you can see the activity in there, there is also a pasalubong corner if you need a grab and go for your own snacks or to bring home. The food was excellent, I enjoyed my seafood pasta and my daughter enjoyed her chicken. We had mixed feelings at first with the appetizer but ate it all up anyway as the crunch on the nut dip was getting better and more enjoyable the more we ate it.Looking forward to dine here again on our next Baguio trip

Sage is a small intimate place where we serve good food at affordable prices. We have limited parking but street parking is available at the rear street(Wagner Road). See you soon...
The interiors are inviting with a hip and casual atmosphere. We've been here several times in the past and though our last visit was a bit of a disappointment, this visit was well worth it. Food and service were equally good. I especially liked the cucumber lemon juice which was very refreshing. My chicken and waffles were good although I wished there were more than the two small slices of waffles that came with the chicken. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her tacos although my daughter was not too impressed with her honey chicken (?) order.Thank you. Your patronage has always been valued. Noted on all your observations, rest assured will do better.

Food and service are excellent. Our two favorites are their baked spaghetti bolognese and their cheeseburger. Hot chocolate made with Malagos chocolate is also very good.

The museum, its grounds and the docents are unique and refined - no question. The food at Cafe Sabel was uncreative and unremarkable unfortunately unlike Bencab's Sabel collections housed several floors above.Should I return with guests, I will do nothing more than take coffee to enjoy the valley view and brisk breeze and choose to take our dining money where our palette will be treated with decency.

My friends and I had coffee here in the noon. We visited their Marcos Highway branch. We had some difficulties looking for the restaurant, some taxi drivers were not familiar with it. affordable drinks, courteous staff, and generally quiet place. there location in the google map is misplaced. It's a good place for those looking for quiet places, but its just too ordinary. The place is also too small. Their brewing machine, which makes some noise when orders come in, is quite disturbing for other costumers.
