Reviews on International food in Anacapri, Province of Naples, Italy. Anacapri is a comune on the island of Capri, in the Metropolitan City of Naples, Italy. The Ancient Greek prefix ana- means "up" or "above", signifying that Anacapri is located at a higher elevation on the island than Capri (about 150 m higher on average). This restaurant is right in the main square of Capri, a great place to people watch whilst you are having a well earned rest. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The prices are fairly expensive but having said that everything is expensive in Capri. Great Coffee.

J Kitchen is a beautiful, romantic restaurant overlooking the sea, with service both professional and warm. Its menu is ambitious; we were excited to try many of the dishes. Unfortunately, only one of our four selections lived up to expectations. The eggs in purgatory appetizer was delicious and satisfying. However, the geometry of eggplant and tomato appetizer was oddly flavorless; fish in béarnaise sauce was a strange flavor combination that didn't don't work; and the chicken entrée was okay at best, dry and tough at worst. The highlight of the meal was the chef's complimentary ice cream bar. Our experience was, in a word, disappointing.Dear BryMawrBK,We appreciate that you took the time to provide us with such detailed feedback about your lunch experience in J.K.Louge .We are very sorry that we couldnât meet your expectations and you did not leave the restaurant entirely happy.I look forward to hearing from youBest Regards Stefano Sorrentino

Il Piccolo is a historical cafe in the famous Piazzetta of Capri, now completely renewed. It offers a variety of coffee, aperitifs, snacks, pastries, cakes and light lunch served at the tables in the square or in the interior spaces. It is the ideal place
After having travelled to the top of the mountain, we came down to Capri town and found this bar/cafe on the main square. The area is amply covered with parasols and shaded by the adjoining buildings. Service is good. We did not dine here but we had a cold beer and an Aperol spritz which were both reasonably priced for the area. Rfreshed we were prepared to continue our tour in the hot sun.
