We have eaten in many restaurants around the world with Michelin stars including 6 which have/had at the time 3 stars and Aperitif was definitely up there as a dining experience. The degustation menu offers diners the chance to enjoy several flavours from the kitchen and each course is presented brilliantly. The ambience and decor of the restaurant and the wonderful bar add to the appeal.

The warung is fare too expensive and the food quality isn’t worth it. Too much to touristic attraction. There are in the meantime many other places around which much better value and quality even they are also much better located.

Conveniently located across the road from Puri Sunia Resort, this delightful little (tourist) warung has a beautiful outlook over the rice paddy, with equally delightful staff to boot! Food was cheap and cheerful and the best budget meal I had in Ubud! Highly recommend the lumpia (spring rolls) - very yummy :)

I am someone who loves food. I go out of my way to eat at new restaurants, try new things, and literally plan vacations with places to eat in mind. I’m sure I’m not alone, but I take it very very seriously. That being said, I hope it’s not too dramatic to say that this is my favorite restaurant that I have ever eaten at. Hands down. The atmosphere, the staff, the food. All perfect! It was actually all chance that we ended up here and I’m glad we did. We tried the Mie Goreng Tofu and the Nasi Campur Vegetarian. They were amazing. If you’re in the area then give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

The views, as many others have noted, are excellent here. Looking out past your table at the gardens and jungle don't get old. Our food arrived quickly, which was a plus as we were tight on time, and it was all quite good. The juices were delicious and worth their own mention. I'd definitely recommend it for a memorable experience.

We stayed at the Kayon Jungle resort for our honey moon and ate at the kepitu restaurant every day. Breakfast each morning was outstanding- the service, the food, the atmosphere. I couldn’t fault one thing and there was pages of different meals we could order. We also booked the buffet dinner which was A+, such a variety of food and again the service was impeccable. We had arranged a romantic candlelight dinner to celebrate our honeymoon and again everything was better then we could of imagined. The captain of the restaurant was also one of the kindest people we have met. He certainly knows customer service and gifted us a pair of bamboo straws on our last morning. If you are in Ubud it is a must you eat at the kepitu restaurant, couldn’t recommend this please more. Thank you kepitu restaurant and kayon jungle resort

The restaurant has a huge seating area, spread across a large space. The staff are polite, and courteous. Service quality is amazing. Food quality is great! Has vegan options too. Very spacious, and good spots for photographs!

Everything about this restaurant absolutely amazing! Me and my husband came to kePitu restaurant for our wedding anniversary. We arrived at 5pm and someone invited me to see the waterfall and that was beuatiful ambience.We enyoyed all of our meals, we had a pork ribs and crispy duck. The taste was very good many flavours and nice pretentation. All the staff were friendly, special mention to donita who very kind and helpful. It's worth starting by saying that, although Bonito doesn't have the same cheap pricing as the Warungs around it, it's still a very reasonable option and cost us less than £20 for 2 mains, a shared starter and 2 drinks. The atmosphere is pretty chilled out and it has a modern/trendy sort of vibe. The staff are all also really pleasant and professional. Food was consistently good, though the lamb burger everyone raves about doesn't come with any sides bar salad so if you've had a long day or you're just a big eater you might want to get something extra! The seafood linguine was delicious and the ribs also received rave reviews. All in all definitely a good place to eat in Ubud if you fancy a change from traditional Warung cooking!
