Just tucking in to the best takeaway I've had in years! Dilkush lamb and mushroom pilau. Amazing flavours, generous portion.
We are a pure Indian and Mexican restaurant vegetarian friendly, with fine dinning, offering a variety of drinks including cocktails and mocktails.
Simply amazing, highly recommend fairly cheap, excellent service and the food was the best I've ever had for a curry/Mexican.Thank you Mr. Connor for the lovely review, hope to see you again and we deliver the best every time

Whenever I'm home me and my parents get a takeaway from here and it's always perfect. The madras and bhuna curries are both lovely, and the naan wraps are really good! A few days ago we decided to try a 12" Munchie Box between us and it didn't disappoint at all! The spicy chips were really tasty and the variety in the box was great, plenty food for 2 people and not a bad price of about £12.00. Staff here are always pleasant too. Only indian we ever use, 100% recommend.Hi Elli M really appreciate your amazing review and rating we always try our utmost best to provide the best possible service and food we can to each and everyone of our customers. We are really happy you enjoyed your experience with ourselves and hopefully will everytime!See you soon.

they got our order wrong, but as we waited for ages we took what they gave us. It was cold and tasteless, the poppadoms were so stale they were 'bendy' and for what it was, it was very overpriced.Ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening

I visited here for the first time as I had heard lots of good things and was passing it on my route home. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the staff were all welcoming and friendly throughout our evening. The menu was smaller than most however this was not a problem as there was still plenty to choose from and a note on the menu to say that you could ask for other dishes. The food was pleasant on the eyes as it was so well presented and more importantly it all tasted absolutely delicious! My partner and I left feeling satisfied and full up, I would recommend this restaurant and definitely return again.

We were staying at the local Travelodge and so this was a short walk away.An early evening visit for dinner, very friendly greeting and quickly seated at our table. There is an extensive, excellent menu and being connoisseurs of Indian cuisine we were spoilt for choice. Two courses were taken, we had no room for desserts because the cuisine was not only of exquisite quality but also of great quantity, added by some tasty extras. This was our favourite meal taken during our week's adventures throughout the North East region, fantastic experience, amazing cuisine, fabulous service and great value for money. The nightcap drink that was offered for free was a final nice touch to what was an amazing tribute to the very best of Indian cuisine, thank you to all concerned. Can any photo do justice...

Welcome to A la Spicery we are a family owned Indian restaurant based in Beamish, County Durham. Our aim is your complete satisfaction. We strive to provide quality Indian cuisine in a comfortable and contemporary setting.
We tried the Indian resturant again, We had the takeaway option. While picking up my order we noticed that the restuarant was nearly empty with only three tables occuppied, at 7.45 on a Saturday night .We had the lamb Josani, and the chicken Madras, vegtable pilau, and garlic pilau rices.the rices were nice but the currys are just basic Indian currys with very little heat or hot spicyness .
