The food was very nice with a wide selection. One of the dishes we ordered was a phall which wasn't particulary spicy and I think overall the spice level is lower that most places. But the dishes were very tasty, well priced and delivered on time. First time order, will order again for sure.

Annayu offers a unique blend of classic and contemporary Indian cuisine. Our main dishes are authentic and traditional, drawing inspiration from every region of India. On either side of classic main courses, we encourage our chefs to be creative: with sta
We were delighted to find an authentic Indian restaurant in our airport hotel, and though it was expensive, the food was excellent. We started with poppadums and dips then had veggie pakora and tandoori scollops. For mains we had a prawn curry and dhal and creamed spinach. All wonderfully strong and clean flavours and more than enough to fill us up. Decent wine, not cheap, but I guess these are London prices.Dear shaunsouthernThank you experiencing our excellent unique Indian food as you have described it in your five star review. We are pleased that you found it authentic and with you being delighted our team here are also encouraged to continue the good work done.Best regards Manager

A friend recommended this Indian to us and we were disappointed. My husband and I had the chicken dansak which is amazing, beautifully spiced. Had a Bombay aloo on the side which was tasty. My mum had chicken tikka which she thoroughly enjoyed. Delivery guy was friendly too!

Roshnis' restaurant offers diners a wide range of traditional Indian fine dining dishes alongside more modern options. Suitable for all ages - the restaurant menus include a fabulous selection of fish, meat and vegetarian Appetisers, Mains, Sundries and D
Entered the establishment and was pleasantly surprised at the size / cleanliness. There were 12 gentleman having a work meal, we all ordered starters and drinks which were good. Then it went awful. Two of our group were given their mains and the rest were not. We waited over an hour for our mains (bare in mind the restaurant is practically empty at 7pm). We complained several times until our food arrived. When our food did arrive it was in dribs and drabs. Bread / rice were cold etc. Then we tasted our curry's. Oh dear lord, it was foul. Tasteless, one was described as Heinz tomato soup watered down with chicken in it. (The butter chicken, which Sainsbury's own has more flavour!!!)Out of the 12 guests no one ate their man and we decided to leave. The waiting staff were not impressed but we stood our ground and agreed to pay for starters, drinks only.I explained how they had ruined our meal / evening (did not care in the slightest) and proceeded to try and charge us for service! I informed him this was ridiculous considering the events and it was swiftly removed. The attitude of the eldest male staff was to say in the least unpleasant. What I could not understand is that the other tables in the restaurant (the few there were) seemed to be enjoying their meals..........Either way I for one will never return to this establishment knowing there are much better Indian restaurants in the area of Staines.Further i would also point out i feel the menu is badly presented and limiting to say the least. Very few curries in comparison to other restaurants but room for an omelette??????Dear GuestIt is unfortunate that you had not a very good experience in your last visit at Roshni's, it is our constant endeavour here to give our esteemed guests a fine dining experience , we at Roshni put our best foot forward to make our guests experience a memorable one, our selection of dishes stand out with a wide variety of curries and kebabs, it is upsetting that you could not enjoy the evening, we at Roshni would like to apologise for the in convenience and request to contact the undersigned on 017844625155, and hence we will take this forward from there. Please do give us another importunity to serve you better.Looking forward meeting you and one again our apologiesregardsManagement.

Am being as fair as possible here: Visited with family - good food (not great but good), loved the ambience, paintings, music - but for whatever reason, the staff looked very sad in-spite of customers talking to them nicely! They seemed unhappy doing their work including senior ones (possibly the owner not sure) ;-) Definitely could improve there (but I may not be visiting in the near future as having a good time is part of the visit for me!) No beer on tap but that's okay - they have other choices in bottles - btw red wine is only via bottles (no glass). Food quantity was good but please ask them about packing extra food - they have a charge on certain packages for (surprisingly) taking home their food - I didnt want to waste it but they asked for a further charge which is neither told beforehand nor mentioned on the menu. I have taken take-away food from here and have been happy. Gave a detailed review to let you make your own choice. And staff, please cheer up! Smiling customers smiling service will go a long way!

I'm sure when they are on their game, the food and the atmosphere is top rate. As it should be with the quality of the name in the kitchen. Sadly, the front of house wasn't up to spec when my family and I visited earlier this month. Ignored at the podium, despite a reservation, no offer of water or drinks until we requested, never a check to see if the food was to our expectation, and a number of items on the menu not available. After the meal, there were a number of issues on the bill that the staff seemed to be ignorant to. It should not be a chore to give a business money. Trying to resolve the issue, onsite and online, few if any are willing to do anything other than provide lip service. Being an airport location, they may feel that they can get away with the "one and done" nature of most of their clientele. Outside the service, the food itself was very good and creative. I would love to try the other locations, but sadly with the service delivered on the first impression, I don't think I would if I had a choice.Dear Guestthank you for your feedback, albeit unusual. Our MTK team are fully conversed with the service, menu and billing within our restaurant and hence the feedback is not the norm we have received.Wishing you happy travels and if I can assist in future please feel free to reach [email protected] regardsAlex

If you are looking for great Nepalese food with very friendly service then do visit Namaste Gurkha. It is not a large restaurant so ensure you book, especially on a weekend. Popular with families as children are very welcomeâ¦which adds to the hubbub of the overall atmosphere. Leave some space for dessert as the âcarrot specialtyâ is well worth trying.Dr. JoyMadden, Thank U for leaving us a review. We are glad that U enjoyed our food and service. Our staff will be glad to hear of your high praise. Your detailed feedback is impressive and we hope to carry on delivering the same experience on your every visit. Take care. Unfortunately all of our meal was tasteless from starters to main apart from the naan bread which was burnt. Please please can you marinate your meat. The service was poor too, no personal interaction it was as if we and other customers in my opinion were an inconvenience. No customer service unfortunately. We have visited your restaurant many times in the past but will not again.

I was on a business trip in the Heathrow area and convinced a colleague to go out and have Indian food before our meetings the following day. My personal mission was to eat lamb curry. Initially I was quite challenged with the menu not being familiar with Indian dishes except for Tandoori. But waitress Punam (hope I spell her name correctly) did an excellent job to advise me and my colleague. The result was fantastic food paired with caring service. Quite an experience and absolutely recommendable - Dear flippigeflip,Many thanks for taking time and expressing your feedback. We are glad to hear about your experience here and for the fact that you were well looked after by our team member. We look forward to see you soon whenever you are local in this area.Kind Regards,Claudio Fernandes
