The restaurant was recommended to me by a friend. Upon getting there it wasnât too busy, the service was friendly & quick. The food arrived & it was highly disappointing, the chicken was very dry, the curry was quite greasy & the Naan Bread was also quite greasy & bland tasting. Best thing was the sides to the Poppadomâs. After hearing good things it was a disappointment & I wouldnât have paid what I paid.

We've never had a bad meal here and never go anywhere else for an Indian. The food is always fresh and tasty. The service is fantastic, the guys are friendly and knowledgeable and will offer recommendations to those who ask. We've taken friends there from out of town and they also said how fantastic the food is.

We went for a meal tonight. We had the lamb chilli and garlic and the lamb karahi. The lamb was spot on. The naan and rice were delicious. The kingfisher beer was great. The service was very good. They have good wifi. We will become regulars here.

Fantastic staff and phenomenal meals Shifnal has great range eateryâs in our opinion the East end balti stands out from the rest. Yum yum. I will have a chicken tikka assari please, with a side salad of chips of course.

We had been told to visit this restaurant having been told it was the best curry house in Shifnal. We were very disappointed. My finance's food arrived whilst I sat there waiting until a member of staff asked if everything was ok with our meal and finally brought over my dish. The staff seemed to pay more attention to the other diners. We paid our bill and on leaving was ignored by staff and it felt a little like we shouldn't have been there.

We booked a table for 16 people for a family celebration last Saturday. Our guests chose a varied selection of meals from the extensive menu. Drinks and poppadoms arrived quickly, and the friendly staff delivered the various courses at the same time for all. The food was excellent as usual, Abdul kept a close eye on things, and we had an excellent evening.

I very rarely give 5 star rating to restaurants, but this is well deserved for Spice of Shifnal.From the very moment you walk in service is exemplary. Staff are smart and well presented and so polite and friendly. The decor is smart and welcoming. The menu is extensive and well priced. The three of us all thoroughly enjoyed our choice of meals and what a lovely touch at the end of the meal to be given complimentary drinks :brandy for the 2 chaps and a Baileys for me. Well done, we will definitely be back

This was a first visit since this restaurant had relaunched under its new name. The food was excellent with some different things to choose from to those you normally see. They still retain the little booths that their predecessors had which are a nice place to enjoy your meal. Service was good, the staff friendly and thereâs plenty of parking. Weâll be back soon.
