Reviews on Indian food in Road Town, Tortola, Caribbean. The former haunt of pirates, the Dutch and the English and Tortola's main town, Road Town is within reach of secluded beaches and hidden coves. The island displays the same leisurely pace as other British Virgin Islands, with festivals and regattas across the calendar. Helicopter and sea charters and diving are popular activities. On land, the ruins of Fort Burt and the still functioning Callwood Rum Distillery provide fun daytrips. Catch a cab between sights or rent a car to get out of town.

This is a lovely restaurant fun decor, professional discreet service. Google maps has a weird location for it, it's just past Pussers Pub on the waterfront. Good sized portions and plenty of menu choices. Curries made from scratch, slow cooked and tender. Good wine selection and chilly beers. Clean and airy. We had a pleasant evening!

The fresh, homemade, spicy deliciousness of the veggie Roti and the Conch Roti was delightlful. The place is small but adequate upstairs establishment which gets a wonderful island breeze. The food is all on display for selection with the final preparation done in the kitchen behind the counter. Savvy foodies know to go where the locals go. The Roti Palace is a prime example.
