Very poor quality starters , prawn Purie with 3 prawns in tasteless and tough , main meal poor quality meat & very little of it , sauce bland , Kema nan disgusting uncooked meat . A very disappointing meal with a seriously high price tag avoid this place at all costs . Certificate of excellence !!!!! Must be giving out their own awards ....... Dear customer Thank you for you review, after taking your comment very seriously. We have taken extra measures to identify your day of visit and have fully looked into why your experience at the mango house was so poor even though the restaurant was completely full and all other guests fully enjoyed there evening. We have a strict policy where we ask all our customers if the meal is perfect for them few minutes after the food arrive on there table. We find this very important as we can change or replace them with another dish for example if itâs to hot or if they need it slightly more spicer etcWhen the member staff approached your table, there was no indication of dissatisfaction of your meal which has left use confused as you seemed that you was fully enjoying it.Upon receiving the bill we interact with our customers and ask them about their dining experience for the 2nd time as we believe it is crucial moment then to identify any concerns so it can be rectified before payment is taken. This ensures we have satisfied our customers fully. So we are very confused! With the review you given us as you or your guest didnât not mention the dissatisfaction before leaving. I would like you to please contact u so that we can get more information from yourself as we take all reviews very seriously. Many thanks

Lovely Indian menu with a good selection of tasty curries, the onion bhaji's were cooked to perfection and the chips were beautifully cooked. The mint sauce we had come with our meals was delicious, I honestly dipped my chips and poppadoms in that sauce more times than I can count! Me and my girlfriend loved it and the brothers are great guys, I wish them nothing but success here! A true hidden gem of the valleys! This is my main Indian from now on.

My husband and I visited the Gulshan on a Saturday evening when visiting for the local park motorcycle races. It was around 9pm and the restaurant was reasonably busy. We were quickly seated and our orders taken. We opted for for poppadoms and pickle tray and main courses only due to the time of night. We'd just finished our poppadoms and our main courses arrived - my husband had a tikka masala which he said was tasty but a little sickly compared to our usual indian restaurant. I had a Chicken tikka Bhoona - there was plenty of chicken and it was delicious however the sauce was lacking in taste and luke warm. The portions are quite small but I think the prices reflect that so on the whole not an issue. On the whole the service was good, including a waiter holding the door and bidding you goodbye on leaving (as he did with every customer) but the food is not great. Completely edible but nothing special! When back in the town next year think we'd try another indian if there is one?! :)

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Service awful. Went for our anniversary with two small children. Waited over an hour for our meals from ordering. Waited ages for drinks. Mains actually arrived before my starter. Got told that staff havenât turned up. As I pointed out we were still paying same amount for meal whether staff had turned up or not. Waited ages again for bill. Only handful of other diners there. By this point has been there over two hours with by now two tired children. We went out early (6:15 pm) to avoid this scenario. Card machine then not working. When mentioned the appalling service waiter said he knew the service was bad and took off £1:50 ! Gee thanks. Wonât ever return. Actually spoilt our anniversary.

We have just finished eating at the Spice Corner and was pleasantly surprised. The food was incredibly tasty and full of fresh indian flavours. Staff we're very respectful, friendly and organised. The food was at a good pricing for the variety available. I would definitely recommend visiting here :)
Went a couple of weeks ago with my wife and 9yr old boy. Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and table quickly found (hadn't made reservation). Food choices were superb and varied and food extremely tasty. All in all, great night out, highly recommend.

5 adults - poppadoms and dips, main courses and drinks all round £90 only - a great menu and fabulous service. Nice ambience too. I remember when it was the old Pool Hall in Ton and my 1st visit since then! Compares really really well with my Local favourites of Cinnamon Tree and Indiaah. Well worth it and I will be a repeat Customer.
