Most ethnic food is dumbed down for white-man tastes in this country. Not so here...my vegetarian Navratan Korma had plenty of zing while still allowing other flavours to come through, with some residual crunchiness observed, and very good textures overall making me fell reasonably confident the meals are cooked from fresh here.Moderate price, good variety and drink selection, OK service. Have heard other locals recommend this place for Indian food.

Very busy Indian restaurant with nice decor. Staff are young, polite but some speak a little English so you may not be understood if you ask a specific question. The portion sizes are on the small size, so I would recommend ordering a bit more. The food itself is very tasty and always gets eaten. Just wish it was a bit more reasonably priced and we would visit more often!

Where to eat Vietnamese food in Melton: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Unable to decide on which Indian restaurant to order our take-away from, we chose this one.Their prices are a little bit cheaper than others in the area, and this reflects in the quality and quantity of the food. Our Pilau rice came in a small container, which was not enough for the two of us to share. We had to use another small container of rice from our kitchen to ensure there was enough for two. My goat saag curry was plentiful in spinach, but the meat was not chunky, as we would expect. The meat appeared to be more like mince. My fife's lamb saag was also smothered with spinach, but her meat was chunky, so that was a good sign. Although neither of us disliked our meal, we both felt let down by the way the food was prepared. If we do actually decide to return, then at least we know what to expect.
