Reviews on Indian food in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, India. Kodaikanal has an endangered animal called the grizzled giant squirrel. To us, that alone is reason to book a trip ("grizzled giant squirrel" might be the best animal name ever). Perched on the woodsy southern crest of the Palani Hills, nearly 7,000 feet above sea level, this popular lakeside resort town is a magnet for nature lovers. Wander the peaceful slopes, keeping an eye out for birds, exotic flowers and, of course, grizzled giant squirrels.

This restaurant is quite a small place but it serves good food. Tried their chicken biryani, parotta, chicken curry - all were good. The service is a little hectic because the waiter would keep on insisting you for some things and you won't like that. But the food is good,so give it 1 try.

Awesome continental-indian fusion restaurant! All vegetarian, all delicious!I believe it's a newly opened chain and it was so tasty! Fresh, innovative food, great service - so attentive! I was literally thinking I needed a water top up - and the guy came over! Ace!Couldn't have asked for more!

The Restaurant is good for South Indian cuisine. Its somewhere between affordable and little expensive. Food served here is great especially Sambhar was good. Idly was fluffy. Tea and Coffee served was also mouth-watering.The restaurant has a good ambience, it is spacious, well lit and with quality furniture. There are also nearby shops from the same chain (Hilltop) whom offer Chicken, Ice Cream, Fast Food, etc. I recommend this place.

Tempratures during these periods are 19 during days and 10-14 at nights. Warm welcome and absolutely courteous staff. Mr. Mathews,Mr. RajSekar, Dinesh, Jyothi Basu and all others at the restaurant offered us very warm welcome and best services. We really appreciate all these. We would rate this place as Excellent.

This restaurant is probably offering the best Vegetarian food, in Kodaikanal town. The restaurant is located in a congested place and there is not much parking space available near the hotel. The restaurant has multiple levels. We had visited the restaurant for dinner, which was quiet crowded. We were lucky to get a table on the first floor. The service, from taking the order to serving the food was quiet prompt. The food was tasty and in sufficient quantity, which justified the price. Our experience at the restaurant was better than expected

Good for a quick bite. Very bad service. They dont even have sufficient cutlery. Surprised that they dont care for customers when you are located in a tourist destination.

We ordered paneer paratha pav bhaji Lassi and lime soda. All were too good. The person who took our order was the owner of the restaurant. The restaurant is pretty small and don't go by the size of it. It's really good in taste. Reasonably priced for a tourist hill station.
