A culinary travel from Bombay to Beirut - the best from both the cities
Ambience is perfect and fills the long vacuum existed in the Ada Bayero Mall. Serves Lebanese and Indian cuisine. The Lebanese cuisine which I tried was good and service was also fast.
Given the standards one is used to from Lagos, Jalsa isn't there yet. But by Kano standards, it's fair. Prices are very good. Their burger is probably the best in Kano. Worth a try when you visit Kano
A New Restaurant in Kano Town, with a great ambience and quality food to please you.
The Corner is in fact two corners in one; co-located with enough space between the two to offer an additional open air sit-down.The 3-in-1 location is ideal for family getaways providing privacy as needed and yet big enough to host not too large crowds.A must visit may be frequented. Thanks for your kind review sir
A new addition to the fine dining options in Kano. Located at Kano's famous Tahir Guest Palace, Cilantro continues to change the perception of Indian Food in the Northern Nigeria.
Apart from the wonderful fare and value found at Byblos in Kaduna, all higher end restaurants are expensive in Nigeria. I've dined regularly at Cilantro in Kano over the years which also recently opened at the Tahir - nice rooftop terrace if you prefer this to the air-conned interior. Extensive Indian menu with good quality fare although I've reacted to tika masala sauce a couple of times - you can ask for less spiced! Good for breakfast too which they also recently introduced at the Tahir and welcome relief from the disgusting fare severed by the hotel itself. Good service in teh evenings but a bit slow if there's more than 2/3 people at the same time in the mornings - so good to get in by 7.30 am. Expensive.

Cilantro Restaurant & Lounge was opened in 2011 with objective of changing the perception of Indian Food in Northern Nigeria.
The venue is really well laid out within a relaxing garden setting albeit with fake grass. The staff are attentive and helpful and the meals were freshly prepared, tasty and full of flavor without being overly spicy. The beer and wine is cold which was a huge plus on a very warm day.
