Honestly speaking, they are not the best but they are good at what they do, including a very solid Desi breakfast. I've only had breakfast with them so this review is of the breakfast only. Breakfast is served only at weekends and they do open up as early as 6am. They are really conveniently located for me as I pass by them early Saturday mornings on my way to work. I've tried many breakfast items including, hawa puri, paya and omelette ect and all of them are of satisfactory standard. Their parathas are nice, specially the aloo one. They will try to make whatever you request. Price wise they are a bargain. I've been eating breakfast regularly for many weeks now and I'm happy to continue as long as they keep up the good work.

We were staying 1 night at the Great Western Skylark Hotel, Tuesday 31st May, we were pleased to see that there was an Indian Resturant and the Watershed bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Decided to have an Indian meal for dinner, on arrival at the restaurant we were told it was very busy and there could be a 30 minute wait, they were catering for a coach party in the conference room. The delay was not a problem, we were happy to wait and have a drink at our table while deciding what to eat.We asked to see the Indian menu, and this was the first disappointment, we were advised that the Indian restaurant was closed and we were given the Watershed Bar menu, which was not very exciting.Eventually we ordered our food, chicken ham and leek pie £7.95 and  Aberdeen Angus burger £9.45 with a New Yorker topping £1 extra. The pie should have been served with onion gravy and peas, there were no peas and the only thing that was in the gravy was bits of lettuce. Informed the waiter that the peas were missing, he said he would get some, still waiting. Mentioned the lettuce floating in hot gravy and was informed that it was a new style. The burger meal was average and was served warm. Our 2 drinks came to £7.90, there was no real ale on sale. Our bill for the evening came to £42.10 for the 2 of us, but 10% service charge was automatically added to the bill, making the total £46.31,which was a bit of a cheek, as the service was poor.Went to the bar to pay the bill, the bar counter and rubber drip mats looked as if they need a good clean, did not appear to have been done for a while.(Not sure if Diya Indian Resturant is permanently closed or if it was just closed on the evening we were there)

I love this restaurant especially the quality of the food and the people who work there. Whether you choose from their curry menu or Nepalese menu you will not be disappointed. The choice is wide and includes many interesting and diverse dishes. I always ask the chef to make one of my favourite dishes hotter as I like the flavour but also want some heat in their fantastic flavoursome âRara Chickenâ. Despite my strange request they are always happy to accommodate. Customer service comes first and foremost.

Near Gatwick Airport, opposite Oldlands Farm B&B
We had a meal on a Monday evening about 5pm. Tandoori prawn and crab cake starter were lovely and both main courses were great too, especially my one which was the duck in a really fabulous sauce. Nam bread was also spot on. Service great, friendly staff. Would highly recommend and go again. Thank you.

We have been coming here on and off for many years, recently we have been disappointed with the takeaway menu, muddled orders things missing and way less of the main, however we were still enjoying the restaurant especially the Sunday buffets. This time however, we found the staff almost unfriendly and left feeling a bit uncomfortable. The food was super, but again, less of the main than in the past.

A great indian restaurant serving my favourite dish. We were greeted by a very friendly waiter and shown to our table. We had the usual popadums to start with onions and mango chutney etc. The mint yoghurt was delicious. The popadums were nice and crispy and tasted freshly made. I had chicken badami with peas pilau. It was heaven on a plate. Also I had a peshwari nan packed with coconut. Again delicious. We were then offered a complimentary Bailey's or brandy. It's a shame the restaurant is so far away from home but I'll definitely be back. Well worth a visit.

We have been trying different Indian restaurants recently as our favourite's standards have dropped so selected the Curry Inn last month and had a pretty average meal.We have visited the restaurant earlier in the year with friends who use as their regular takeaway and the meal wasn't bad in traditional surroundings but the takeaway wasn't great. The sauces were a bit runny and there was a bit of a lack of flavour plus the poppadoms were a bit greasy. The onion bhaji was pretty good though.I'm going to see which dishes our friends have as the korma wasn't worth choosing. Another average curry.

The Parsons Pig, now under new management has undergone several improvements. New widescreen HD Tv's showing BT and SKY sports. New Food me nu incorporating Grills and Indian curries and British favorites like Cod n Chips, Sausage n Mash, Minted Lamb Shan
I can't stop raving about this place. It's always brimming with atmosphere and serves good food, catering to the Indian and European palette. The Parson's Pig is nearly always busy, which is a recommendation in itself. Be sure to make a telephone reservation especially if you intend to visit over the weekend. The manager, who is recognisable by his iconic trade mark trouser braces is clearly on top of his game and runs a tight ship with his waiting staff, so the service is exemplary. Cutlery, crockery and glassware are sparkling clean and this attention to detail doesn't go unnoticed. This is a restaurant with high standards. I have no hesitation in recommending it and will continue to visit on a regular basis.Dear Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to write a review with your much-valued comments. We are really delighted to know you enjoyed your meal and it was a pleasure serving you. Positive feedback is motivating for our staff and improves their commitment to their roles in our industry. Our Restaurant Extension is also complete. We can now accommodate Private Functions of up to 60 persons. Several other improvements are due soon. Our much-awaited new menu has also been introduced with some innovative dishes. There is also a Monthly Indian Special of an Appetiser and a Main Course which is proving very popular due to their ethnic preparations and taste.Being ranked No.1 in British and Indian Dining in Crawley, we have a vision to be a premier dining destination in future. I am very much a liker of traditional food and donât care much for spicy. A group of friends decided to dine together and this was their restaurant of choice so I went along with it and so pleased that I did. I was never going to be more adventurous than a Korma but I have to say that it was absolutely stunning. The chicken was so tender and beautifully cooked. Well done Jai Ho, you will never tempt me to go spicier but this meal was unbelievably good.
