Things to do in Germantown
The restaurant is tucked behind a gas station on Clopper road (between Great Seneca and Germantown Road) in a small strip mall which is not very inviting. Once you step inside, its a different world. For the first time I saw an outstanding customer service in an Indian restaurant. Food was very delicious, almost like home made. Ambience of the place too was impressive. The restaurant scores across all facets on my first trip and hope they would maintain the quality of food and customer service. Apparently they have "dosa night" on Thursday. Will be checking out soon.

Great tasting authentic Indian Hyderabdai cuisine restaurant located within Middlebrook Village Shopping Center. Pros:1. All meat products are Halal.2. The chicken tikka and goat biryani are very appetizing and rightly balanced for spice levels.3. The serving size is sufficiently large and filling.4. Ample parking space.

Spice Grill is just the place for a good Indian meal whether it is eat-in or carry-out. It is a small restaurant located in a strip mall. The service is excellent, attending to all your needs quickly. We ordered their Vegetable Samosas and Pakora for starters which came with some tasty dipping sauces. We also tried their Chicken Tiki Masala, Lamb Vindaloo, Shrimp Korma and Chicken Biryani. All were delicious! We will be back to try more of their dishes!

Skipping breakfast, we decided to stop at this restaurant for lunch at 11: 45 a.m. We checked out the dishes offered at the Buffet Line and noted 7 different types of Indian dishes that included: Salad Greens, 3 types of rice dishes, Vegetarian Stew, and dishes made of Chicken and Fish. Price per person is $10.95 and buffet starts at 11:30 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m. daily. Note that one can order from the Menu if other types of dishes are desired.Take outs are also available at $5.95 per pound. Drinks such as Mango Lassi and Tea are extras and not included in the Buffet price. We also learned that Buffet dishes are changed daily.Except for the Goat Biryani which I found to be too spicy for my taste, we enjoyed all the foods served via Buffett style. We shall go back here, dine and try their other dishes.

THE BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT IN THE TOWN!!India Palace is the best Indian Restaurant in the town and in the nearby areas. This is a fine-dining restaurant that serves truly authentic Indian food. Choices of traditional desserts, as well as a decent selection of Indian beers are additional enticements. The dining room, accented by great lighting and Indian cultural portrait on wall, adds a touch of class to the dining environment. The staff members are so attentive, welcoming and courteous. The manager is always super nice and so knowledgeable. Every time I have visited the restaurant with my family and friends, we all enjoy the exceptionally delicious food and friendly environment. It is absolutely the best Indian restaurant I have found in the Montgomery County. IT'S A MUST VISIT PLACE!!
