Find out what Indian restaurants to try in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. South of Garmisch-Partenkirchen on the Austrian border lies Germany's highest mountain, Zugspitze, rising nearly 10,000 feet and offering gorgeous glacier-top skiing. The towns of Garmisch and Partenkirchen used to be separate, but were merged for the 1936 Winter Olympics. With almost 75 miles of downhill runs of all difficulty levels, Zugspitze also has 68 miles of cross-country trails, a terrain park and Germany's first superpipe. It's super cool to say you were skiing in Garmisch, so be sure to spread the word upon your return.

I had a good experience at this restaurant. I ordered Indian Veg Thali and I really liked the food and portions of food were more than enough. However, I didn't like the taste of mango lassi at this place.

My girlfriend never had Indian food before, so I was taking a risk as she loves schnitzels and bratwurst.. ;)She really loved the food. Although we had a very safe chicken tikka and some sort of tandoori I can honestly say we had a great time and very tasty food. Staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke both German and English very well... I see in other reviews long waiting times, this was not the case for us :)
