My wife daughter and myself called in for coffee and what a surprise as the new owners Raj and Rancy having an Indian background have produced a large menu of take away and Indian meals, that you can sit down at tables or take away. Raj told us how he does his own pies and I had to have his beef curry and vegetable and it was the best pie I have ever had ( and I am a senior ) The two girls had a Dozer and it come with home made chutney which was delish. We cannot wait to return and try out more on the large menu, Omlets all styles, Fish and chips, other pies etc. The coffee was also delish.
Not just the worst Indian, but the worst take away food of any type I have had in many a year.Butter Chicken was sickly sweet with an overly thick gravy with an artificial sheen to it. Lamb in the Korma was so tough and undercooked, there was not one piece you could chew. The sauce on this formed a skin a couple of minutes after opening the container and was an insipid pale colour with flavour to match. Beef Vindaloo had no flavour - just hot, again with undercooked inedibly tough meat. All the curries' appearance made me think the sauces came out of a jar and was then perhaps (badly) tweaked. Roti was raw and had to be cooked in the pan before we could attempt to eat it. Mango lassie was warm. The rice however was ok.The person who took my order informed me that they were the new owners of 8 months (what a pity, I had a curry here about a year ago and it was fabulous. They asked me to provide feedback as to what I thought of the food, as did the delivery driver (maybe the same person?), so I rang with my feedback. When I listed some of the issues above, I was told the chef had gone home but she hoped I would enjoy it next time. There will definitely be no next time.

We ordered Takeaway food from here a couple of nights ago. We believe this is the best Indian restaurant in Warragul. The serves were extremely large and very tasty. We barely ate one third of what we ordered and had heaps left for a second meal. Well worth a visit for tasty and satisfying Indian food!

Not much open on a Sunday night in Warragul so we decided to dine here. Was very disappointed, drink selection was minimal and beer was warm. Entrees were okay but the chicken main was terrible, chicken was overcooked and bland and not cooked in the sauce like it should be. Naan was bland and not cooked traditionally, tasted microwaved. We did mention our concerns upon leaving but no discount was given even though half our food was left on the table. Will never go back there!
