This small restaurant (c. 15 seats at counter or table) is in the back of Kathmandu Bazaar grocery store. Try the samosa chat or any of the homemade meals prepared to order by Tensin, the hard-working chef. Momo, Tibetan dumplings, also excellent. Soups, hot and delicious, mix noodles with veggies and meats. Mango or plain lassi or teas. If you visit downtown Manchester, NH (and you should...it's awesome) and like Indian food (you should...it's also awesome), this is the place to go. Not large, not fancy, but very clean, friendly and simply excellent. The samosa's are huge so order accordingly, but make sure you order them....authentic and great. We split a number of entrees, including rogan josh, chicken korma plus various lamb and shrimp dishes. Jasmine rice and garlic naan on the side. It's a long, thin restaurant with lots of windows. On the down side, they need to clean up the back part...not dirty, just lots of supplies, silverware, tablecloths, etc. in the back...doesn't present nicely. And the house wines are pretty mediocre...but you're not here to drink wine after all, are you. Come to this place, though....it's authentic and excellent.

Being of Indian descendants we were absolutely blown away by Rituâs Spice Utsav Restaurant! It is a pure Vegetarian Restaurant and every dish that came out was mouthwatering than the next. Chef Madan is a hidden gem! The Rawa Masala Dosa was simply outstanding! Bravo!
