Located in Wallisellen across the street from the Glatt Zentrum, Zapote offers a reasonably priced California style burrito. They have a large sidewalk seating area and inside are a variety of high stools and tables, window seats, padded chairs and sofas, wooden tables and chairs that continued to the rear and around the wall. The staff was welcoming, friendly, used suggestive sales techniques without having the customer feel pressured. A very good team. I had the skinny chicken (14.90CHF), which was made fresh and packed with a variety of fresh veggies and tender chicken. A full and hearty burrito. They offer all the burritos as standard, in addition, one can upgrade to the macho size for an additional 2CHF. The regular size is more than sufficient unless you have major hunger. The place opens early mornings for hot beverages and snacks, while lunch is served from 11.30.Insider tip: arrive just a few minutes before 11.30 to be at the front of the line as by 11.30, the place is packed!A delicious, healthy treat for a very reasonable price. Free Wi-Fi, spotless restrooms. Collect your POINZ credits for frequent visitors!Dear FCBThank you for your long and informative review. Also we noticed that you sent in some pictures. :-) Beside all the great inputs my wife and I want to thank you especially for the compliment of our team (they are the most valuable). We are very proud of them and let them know about your experience. We hope to see you soon again. Maybe in our new shop: Binzallee 4, Zürich. Liebe GrüsseMario, Timea & Team Zapote

We went twice to this Chinese restaurant. Restaurant is conveniently located close to HB but the area is not the best and the room is average. Food is really good especially for Zurich where the taste is too adapted to European people. Roasted duck was really good except that the orange sauce was too artificial. Except than that all good: large plates, tasty stuff and very reasonable prices (for Zurich).

We arrived at Rechberg 1837 on a balmy summer night and chose a table outside, directly viewing the cathedral and the large library in the soft light of moonlight and street lamps. The setting was perfect: Secluded in the back of the square, we felt far away from the bustle of the city. The host, who is one of the owners, greeted us warmly and explained the menu. The concept of this restaurant is interesting, and every detail has been well thought out--Each dish is intended to represent the year 1837, which is also the year the building was constructed. Everything at this restaurant is very personal, from the menus presented in books written by the one of the proprietor's forebearers, to some of the antique crystal stemware handed down within the family. We ordered the tasting menu of ten courses, each of which was lovingly handcrafted with the greatest of care. The talented chef, Carlos, stopped by our table and explained that they source everything locally within Switzerland and most often from nearby suppliers, then strive to use each item with as little waste as possible--even going so far as to make special blends of savory spices from dried ingredients. We ordered pairings with our meal, and each was selected from local wines and libations, including wine made from grapes grown just outside of Zurich. Presentation was creative, and the courses were delicious! Each one offered a unique taste of Swiss cuisine at its most traditional, while carefully maintaining the standards of the very best of today's modern dining. Each dish was meant to be savored, with the flavors unfolding in a relaxed way. In fact, the entire dining experience was comfortable, not stuffy, with the emphasis placed on the food and the experience of the guests. Truly, we found Rechberg 1837 to be an exceptional, memorable life experience and a highlight of our visit to Zurich! As such, we are pleased to recommend this dining experience to business associates and visitors alike.

Healthy, natural & delicious - That is what we are! We offer our customers individually composed salads, warm bowls and homemade soups as well as healthy burgers and sandwiches. All our ingredients are sustainably produced, seasonal and freshly prepared.
This place enjoys a perfect location, across from banks and insurances, with access to hundreds of customers. However, the food is, once again, too expensive and portions too small. My soup was half full, I had to push twice to get the bowl filled. Sorry, guys.. but if you want us bankers back in there.. please deliver good quality and adequate portions. Not happening otherwise.Dear susannita77,thank you very much for your feedback. It is very important for us getting better every day. We apologize that your needs have not matched with our offer. We will work on that and doublecheck if all our employees know the right quantities per portion. Have you seen our special lunch offers, e.g. the best-of-menu (19,90 CHF) which includes a salad, a soup and a soft drink.Kind regardsYour Gartnerei Team
