Decided it would be nice to go for something different and get some Zen feeling. Turned out it was very expensive for vegetarian mostly. The food was o.k. but nothing special and not the tastiest. Decided to have something vegetarian (green spaghetti) which sounded lively BUT no real taste of all and very bland. Really needed some spice or something to give it a lift - was bored with it after the first two mouth fully. Setting was relaxed and Zen like. Service was good and people were very pleasant. As I said previously though expensive for basically vegetarian food - no real cost to make . . . . . Would maybe only go for a coffee and have a read in a lovely quiet setting but defiantly would not eat there again. Still try it yourself as it may be your cup of tea or coffee . . . Not ours.

First impressions are paramount and Alan the owner did an exceptional job at welcoming us and offering some menu choices. For entree we had the Hanoi Rolls. These are like a spring roll on steroids ie. About 3 times the size, generous delicious filling and a nice crunch from the fried rice paper wrapping. You have to try these The mains of Sapa Mixed Noodles, Lemongrass Prawns and a small Jasmine Rice. Both dishes were so tasty and good portion sizes. There was about 8 medium sized tender prawns in the Lemongrass Prawns dish and is served in a bowl with sliced cabbage pieces and grren beans in an delicious coconut curry sauce (similar to a laksa sauce) but next level due to the lemongrass and mild chilli flavours. This is really a stand-out dish The beer is served in a chilled glass ⺠and the table water was cold and topped - up frequently. We can honestly say it was a pleasure to eat at Sapa and will be back again for a fantastic lunch.Well done to Alan and the team.Thank you so much for your extensive and wonderful review. I visit this cafe every week for delicious vegan food. A family member has gluten intolerance and I can be sure to find something on the menu that is suitable. A range of fresh foods are available such as smoothies, coffee, fruit bowls, veggie wraps and the wonderful nachos.Coffee and vegan cakes are available too. There is no need to sacrifice your taste buds, you can eat this healthy food and know it will taste good as well. The staff are also good for the soul. They are efficient and friendly even on a busy Saturday morning ! This cafe is worth a visit.

Predominately a supplement shop with a little cafe area. They do a really good coffee whichever way you like. To go with that they do really good healthy smoothies, shakes, juices and a few snacks. All the staff are some of the most welcoming friendly people you will ever meet. Another good part to this is the supplement store. Great prices, big range and honest advice.
