On a "balmy" June day, we enjoyed brunch and Mimosas on the patio. The misting system facilitated this. The rustic/industrial ambiance was perfectly relaxing for a Sunday morning in Tempe. The bottomless Mimosas ($18) are pre-mixed, so we opted to get a bottle of a brut champagne ($14) with juice on the side. A much better option, if you like them very light on the juice. The Hangover Fries ($8) were ample to share. The cut of the potatoes, the sauce of a cheesy gravy and chorizo, topped with a sunny-side-up, was enough for a meal in itself. The Skillet ($9) was served in a small cast-iron skillet, was chock full of fresh spinach, and wild mushrooms, and was topped with a perfectly poached egg.We would dine at Salut again for brunch. Not sure about dinner. The a la carte menu offers a very nice selection.

We were greeted, sat, and the order was taken quickly and efficiently. The waiter was very accurate and the food was hot, fresh, and well prepared when delivered. The waiter kept the glasses full and paid enough attention without being smothering. Suggested a togo cup which was nice. The bill was accurate and the entire experience was a solid A!

We visited Picazzoâs on a Sunday evening. With few other choices in town the wait was about 45 minutes. Plenty of choices on the menu, all healthy and allergy free. We had the Mother Earth salad with greens, beets, sweet potato and pear. It was very big and a nice combination. Our pizza choice was the fig, which had Gorgonzola cheese and arugula. It was also tasty, but the crust just ok. Service was distracted. In all good not great.

Found this vegan place in Tempe close to my hotel. I was hungry but excited to find a vegan place. Went with high expectations and that may be my fault. The food was mediocre, and the drink tasted weired. I love vegan food but this is not the best place for vegan food in Tempe, AZ
