In August is the month of more work the other months the service is normal. We had the most amazing lunch here. The food and presentation of it, is worthy of a Michelin star. Definitely worth a visit if you come to Madeira. Our Hostess could not have been more helpful. The food is made to order and totally wonderful. Thank you for fabulous food!

After a winding ride to Santana, we were hungry. Went in expecting a meh meal, we were blown away the plates were huge, the flavours were loud and unapologetic. I had the black pig, my wife had the roast chicken. Both were amazingly flavourful. If you like spicy, ask for their home made piri piri.
