It is the most populous city in Northern Finland and the fifth most populous city in the country. There are no larger cities, apart from Murmansk and Norilsk, Russia, that are more northerly than Oulu. CafÃ© Loma has a large variety of homemade sweet and savory treats on offer. The location, right next to the Bothnic Sea and famous Nallikari beach make for a great place to drop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will most likely find something you enjoy. Me and my girlfriend had the tapas board and everything was so good. We also sampled some of the cakes and cupcakes that were prepared that day, YUM!
