A dozen soups to choose from! Normally this many choices would take me a while to decide, but they "encourage sampling". After trying two that were so good. Got a "double up combo" & got both soups. Overstuffed bell pepper, and chicken noodle. Very delicious So now its the next day and I'm back at Zoup. The staff recognized me from before! This time I ordered a bread bowl of Chicken pot pie" OMG!Day three (my last day in the area). Back to Zoup I go. Amazingly the staff welcomes me by name!!. Lobster bisque is a home run! This is a franchise so you may have one close to home, but the Maumee location is the bomb for service.Thank you for visiting and we are glad to hear you were so impressed that you came in three days in a row! We love getting to know our customers and providing friendly, personal service. Looking forward to serving you again soon!

We went to Blue Pacific with 8 adults and 8 kids (Age 7 to 14) for our Grand Daughters birthday because she likes this type of restaurant. The kids and 2 adults went thru the make your own meal bowl and enjoyed the food quality and prep. 6 of us ordered off the menu and received cold, over cooked, low quality and in 3 cases un-edible dinners. In addition the service was slow and kitchen meals came out in 5 trips not at one time adding to the dis-pleasure of our meals. The interesting thing is the menu is two sided with probably over 30 meals to choose from but the kitchen as we were told by the manager can not handle an overload of 6 dinners at one time, then I would suggest Blue Pacific reduce your menu items to accommodate those who do not want to or can not go thru the "make your own bowl line" The manager and waitress were made aware of our complaints but seemed indifferent to our comments. The manager said he would contact us Monday morning to work something out to compensate for the poor food and service but as of this review, 3 days later we have not been contacted. At this time we don't want their gift cards or to re-visit this restaurant again.

This restaurant is relatively new. My husband and I wanted to try it out, so we did this weekend. I ordered the chicken and rice noodle bowl. It comes with shredded carrots, chopped celery, scallions, rice noodles, chicken, and chicken bone broth. You walk up to the counter and give your order. Then you go down the line, where the preparers ask you, "This comes with carrots, celery, and scallions. Is that okay?" The food is delicious. They also offer a variety of teas and lemonades. The store is clean and the workers were friendly.
