We had a pleasant lunch with various salads, butter baked flounder done the Dutch way to perfection (2 slip tongetjes) and coquette balls ( 8 bitterballen) with Dutch mustard. We had several baguettes with various cheeses, the bread was double baked.Our server was helpful and pleasant and went out of his way to make us comfortable, excellent English was spoken by all the staff at the restaurant.The prices were very reasonable for the quality and the quantity of the delicious bar type food served. Thank you for a wonderful luncheon.Wow, Thank you very much for the beautifull words!We'll hope to see you soon.Greetings Tom & Manon

Recently tried this winebar with a friend. When we entered there was a group of people sitting at a high table chatting away over glasses of wine. We took a seat and after a little while the wairtress asked us what we would like to drink. Well, we hadn't seen the wine list so were a little surprised. Got the winelist and asked for the menu. Ordered wine (rosé Pino Grigio - very NICE!!) and ordered two Flamkuchen. We were then told that they could only put one in the oven at a time. So one of us was eating while the other sat there watching. After about 18 minutes, the other one was served......a bit strange and not so nice when you wanted to eat together.It turned out that the owner was away on holiday so perhaps this is why the service seemed rather odd.The wine list looks good, so we will have to return.
