We visited this restaurant on a Saturday morning. It is located in a shopping center with lots of parking. There is indoor and outdoor seating. We sat indoors- the dining area is bright, clean and well ventilated. We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered. The host gave us menus and informed us of specials. Wait staff came over as soon as we sat down. She asked if we want beverages while we went over the menu. Breakfast was beef kalbi, eggs & paniolo potatoes and steak, eggs & fried rice. The meats were cooked just right, flavorful and juicy. Service was friendly and efficient. Both host and wait staff checked with us to see if we were satisfied with the foods. Dishes were cleared promptly and coffee refilled regularly. A hearty meal to start the day.
Went to Mililani High's 1st Friday, Food truck event. I was surprised to see the gray "100% Hawaiian LLC" food truck. They closed their Pearl City location, a short while back and are now in the "food truck" business. Same chef/owner, same peoples, same great foods, cheap and large portions. Look for them at future events.

We came here for lunch and greatly enjoyed our Hawaiian food.We started with a plate of sweet pickled onions. I donât normally like plain pickled onions but the taste was milder than I expected. The shoyu poke was good and a decent portion. My kalua moco came in a large bowl with a heaping portion of rice, kalua pig covered with beef stew sauce and two sunny side up eggs. It was a surprisingly good dish. We also go the combo plate with kalua pig, ribs and Lomi Lomi salmon. The haupia was a nice wrap up to our lunch.Service was very friendly.A definite repeat.

I was tired from my trip, hungry, and wanted a good breakfast. Everything I ordered (eggs basted, well done hass browns, and the breakfast sausage was excellent. Didn''t have lunch, but it's open early and the staff is very pleasant. Would definitely go again.

We made two recent trips to Shiroâs Saimin Heaven in Aiea. The restaurant is in a strip mall in Aiea, with plenty of parking. We went for dinner and ordered saimin. It was excellent. There are over 60 varieties of saimin. They also have some main dishes and sandwiches. We also ordered French fries with gravy and a teriyaki burger. Both very good. We decided to go back for breakfast. I ordered the chicken katsu loco moco. The katsu chicken was over fried, nearly burnt. The fried rice was chock full of shredded char siu pork, a flavor I did not like. Service was friendly both times but I wouldnât go for breakfast.

I really liked this place. It is a chain, but it serves local fare. They served large quantities and good quality and the prices are very reasonable for Hawaii. Loved the pork and cabbage bowl. When I got home, I looked the restaurant up online and found we have one not so far away! Woohoo! I am hoping the menu is the same here as in Oahu.

Just a small, local corner restaurant that we definitely go back to! Local island friends suggested this place to us; and we were in the area, it was convenient, so we stopped. Itâs a small, simple, local restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch menus throughout the day; with 50s decor. Service was fantastic; and the food-in our opinion, was just as good as the service. They offered traditional as well as local islander food on their menu.

I was impressed. A family owned and run business. We were picking up catering for a business meeting. There was a line of folks out the door just getting their lunch. There were a dozen workers just on the counter. It was busy. Friendly and well run. Very impressed. Looks like a hole in the wall but i would call it a hidden gem!Love it. @nickellfamilytravel

I have been dreaming to eat at this place ever since I saw it on "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" and it did not disappoint. I had the boneless Kalbi ribs as an appetizer and the famous Ox Tail Soup as an entree. YES, Kalbi ribs can be an appetizer!! The garlic fries were also amazing. I had no room for dessert. Will be dreaming of this place until I return!!

Conveniently located next to the Arizona Memorial Visitor center, it's the perfect place for military families, local residents or visitors who are just passing through to enjoy a quality meal with a breathtaking view and world class service. Don't forget
Was in the area and this was by far the highest rated place to eat on TripAdvisor. Had fish and chips, also went for the garden salad add in for only $5.00 so a bargain! Had an âArnold Palmerâ (half tea, half lemonade)â, the drink was the worst part of the meal.Overall a fun place to be, think roof top sports bar with better food. As mentioned multiple times, very nice views. If looking for a cold drink and some lunch or dinner, I do not think you will be disappointed.
