De visita de turismo rural a Fataga, mi chico y yo nos paramos a tomarnos una cervecita aquÃ, porque tenÃa una terraza agradable. Se alargó un poco más la noche y nos pedimos una pizza para llevar, que resultó estar para chuparse los dedos. Las camareras son muy serviciales y el ambiente es autóctono y muy agradable.

On a taxi tour of the island we asked to stop one where for lunch. The driver pulled over in what appeared to be a bar in the middle of nowhere. Lady running the place had less English than we had Spanish but we did have access to an English menu. The food was fresh and excellent value for money, would have had to pay twice as much on the coast for what we had.I had the âold clothes stewâ chick peas, potato and rabbit, very tasty others in the group ordered steak and chicken and for less than â¬4 got a huge baguette sandwich.Lots of others using the place, we sat outside under the olive tree but the inside was comfortable too.Finally bought 2 pieces of very large sugary cakes for â¬3 to have with a cuppa when we returned to the hote

Traditional Canarian fare, with menus seasonal or festival changes. The view from the outside dining terrace is gorgeous, overlooking a green barranco (valley) with the occasional Canarian house or finca (farm). Service is first class, friendly and attentive. We have never had a indifferent meal here and would recommend dining here for lunch or dinner. Try the charcoal grilled leg of lamb for a real treat!

TÃpico restaurante de toda la vida. El local está bien situado, junto a la carretera, con zona de aparcamiento. Está limpio y su decoración es la clásica de este tipo de locales, sin grandes aspiraciones, con manteles y servilletas de papel. El servicio es rápido y correcto. La comida está bien, destaca el gofio escaldado y los quesos. Surtido de carnes y postres caseros. El precio medio. Ideal para ir a comer durante un paseo por nuestros pueblos.
