Find out what Grill restaurants to try in Oia. Oia is carved out of the cliffs, and visitors can see houses built for Venetian sea captains as well as the more typical "cave houses" of the villagers. You’ll find the pure white buildings with colorful roofs that are typical of Greek architecture, and you’ll probably enjoy poking around the town. But don’t breeze through in an hour—you must stay for the sunset. It’s legendary. Watch from a café, or, better yet, from a boat—you’ll be spellbound.

At Elinikon you can find greek and local cuisine along with local wine and raki. Located in a quite area with panoramic view and coloureful sunsets! You will find it opposite the traditional winmdill of Oia.
After reading the reviews I was very excited about this restaurant, but the food was pretty disappointing. I suggest ordering the melted cheese appetizer. That was delicious! But everything else fell flat and I barely ate the goat confit that was recommended by our server. All that said, it gets 4/5 for the absolutely picture perfect views during sunset. Make your reservation in advance for a sunset table on the balcony/rooftop and you will not be disappointed. Just don't go in expecting the best meal of your trip.

One of the worst customer service experiences we've had our entire trip! We were the one of the first tables to arrive and place our order. An hour later once my guest had finished her entire meal, we still have them to benefit of the doubt and asked one of the waiters to double check my order. We received no reply and took that as my order was on the way. 15 minutes later with still no meal, we checked with another waiter and he quickly established that my order had not even been put through. Turns out the first waiter did not even bother to check and he even walked off mid-question - HOW RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! After this, there were no apologies or anything of the sort. SO MUCH FOR THE KIND GREEK HOSPITALITY THAT WE'VE EXPERIENCED ELSEWHERE!! If I could give 0 stars...

After your swim near the breathtaking Kolumbo beach,Santorini.Go to the taverna Delfini which is a cute little taverna in baxedes. We enjoyed lovely fresh fish and the traditional Santorini food. The tasty fava,Greek salad, anchovies, squid and tomatoe frittes. The service was very good too.For they try to prepare everything all together. So if you wait a little bit,it's not because of the service. But just that, they want to bring the delicious food all at the table. The owner and his son were very friendly. Also the food was cheap & cheerful. We are definately going there again!!!

In the center of Oia, enjoy our meals and drinks in a warm familial environment with reasonable and low prices.
We ate here prior to doing the tourist thing and watching the sun set. Given the location, we were very impressed by the prices for such a popular area. However the reason for the low prices became apparent when the food arrived and we saw the size of the portions. It was a good job we had eaten well on the rest of the holiday...... Nothing wrong with the food or the service - just could have done with bigger portions.
