We had dinner few days ago, it was a bit complicated to find it because the address on TripAdvisor wasn't right. - I hope they'll change it soon. The sushi was so good. We had spicy tuna, seared salmon roll, few nigiris, fried croquettes, grilled mackerel and kushi katsu sticks. We didn't like much kushi katsu and croquettes but they were ok. We should order extra sushi instead. Service was also kind and attentive.

Came across this little gem. Was in search of a goat dish and this place didn't disappoint. We ordered the goat burger which was juicy and tasty. The fries (chips) with it were big & fluffy. However the star dish was the local specialty. De tai chanh (sliced mou train goat seasoned in local herbs & spices & blanched in lime juice. It was a large platter of local leaves with a pile of tasty goat meat and a special sauce. You make up little individual parcels. Really goodThe beers were craft local beers and a great variety. Definitely worth a visit

This is a very local, great street food restaurant with amazing food and amazing service! They serve delicious skewers and skewer banh mi and more! They even have sauce on the table to top it off! We just kept ordering because it was so good! If there is one place you go to eat in Ninh Binh then come here! You wonât be disappointed!

Vy dali jsme se do Ninh Binh na výlet a cÃlenÄ do úplnÄ jiné restaurace, na kterou jsme slyÅ¡eli samou chválu, nicménÄ byla zavÅená a tak jsme na doporuÄenà mÃstnÃch zavÃtali do Cho Que Quan a udÄlali jsme dobÅe. PÅÃjemné a klimatizované prostÅedÃ, pÅimÄÅená Äistota, usmÄvavý a ochotný personál i skvÄlé jÃdlo byly atributy naÅ¡Ã plné spokojenosti. vybrali jsme si rybu podobnou sumci a jejÞ jméno stále neumÃm vyslovit a personál nás pozval k akváriÃm, abychom si tu naÅ¡Ã sami vybrali. PÅÃprava jÃdla netrvala dlouho a než jsme snÄdli pÅedkrmy, byla výteÄná ryba na stole. Restaurace rozhodnÄ stojà za návÅ¡tÄvu a v naÅ¡ich podmÃnkách je cena za jÃdlo spÃÅ¡e smÄÅ¡ná, než jakákoliv jiná.
