New concept however something which works for everyone ! Here you eat all you want and yet refrain from wasting food . Itâs not a conventional buffet concept however combination of A la crate and only select roast items available at display which you can request to cook up for you as everything is cooked in a fresh manner . Waiting time could be slightly higher as the food is not out from the refrigerator however cooked instantly post receiving order . They cater to all sorts of pallets and are kind enough to offer option of non spicy food for kids though the entire flavour is mildly or non spicy and not very spicy ! Their salads are a must try ! Juices as fresh as you can get and desserts are yummyliciously sinful ! Nothing that you wonât like ! We had visited this place on OCT 10 for a Dussehra evening family dinner of my brother and my family. The first ordered dish was brought to the table after one hour . Despite there being 9 people on the table and two portions of the ravioli ordered, only one dish was served . Then comes one portion of tasteless pasta ( despite two portions being ordered) . Literally everyone get two piece ia pasta..... now the second ravioli was forgotten as it never arrived. The asparagus risotto served was bland and absolutely tasteless and so was the mushroom risotto ordered. We were surprised that there were hardly any guests inside the place but still the kitchens did not seem to be able to plan and execute the order properly. . we had no option but to get up as were so hungry but there was no edible food on the table. We all then went to Bukhara which did not fail in its reputation of looking after their guests well and serving delicious food. SORRY Ottimo u surely were a disappointment.... not expected from an UTC hotel at all!!!!Dear Guest, Thank you for your review.
