They were very hospitable. They were constantly checking on all of us to ensure we were having a great time. It was a perfect surprise party! I took my wife for her birthday lunch and before getting there I called the restaurant to let them know that it's her birthday. The hostess whom I was speaking with assured me that she will inform the server when we would be seated. After finishing our meal the waitress comes with the bill and that's it. The reason why I called to let them know is that my wife would have figured out the gesture had I done it personally in the restaurant. Great job Moxie's for not delivering something you promised. Oh btw the table next to us had a mother and her daughter who walked out of the restaurant because no one came to take their order for a long time. Bravo.Dear Neville. I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and attention you and your wife received when dining at our location. It is unfortunate that we were not up to the task of catering to, quite frankly, a common request we get here. It is extremely disappointing that your needs were not met by our team and I wish I had been here to attempt to rectify the situation. Although I cannot change the outcome of your experience I do promise to share your feedback with all parties involved - hosts, servers and managers - as a way to improve our focus of living up to the expectations of all our future guests. I understand we made a poor impression but if you ever feel like giving us another opportunity to demonstrate how good our service can be please do not hesitate to contact me at the store. I would love to treat you and your wife to a proper Moxie's birthday lunch or dinner. That invitation is open.Kindly,Nick CampanaroGeneral [email protected]

Always a trifactor win. Great people, service and food. Friendly staff from greeters and servers. Had the seafood pasta in cream sauce. Enough to share. Tiger shrimps and scallops cooked to perfection. Clean busy dinning area. Noisy but was packed. Fish tacos were a big hit with ladies. Chocolate lava cake bitter due to high caco content. Yummy. Atmosphere by the lake was lovely. Great for walks.

At Turtle Jackâs, we source great-tasting ingredients that are farmed with care. When it comes to our food we only want the highest standards. Find out more about our delicious ingredients.
We sat outside for breakfast and I tried the new beef tacos. Nothing special to it, very little flavour in the meat, possibly not cured long enough. The service was always good, an expensive new French mineral water available only in small bottle a turnoff. A second visit in March had a new summer menu with a very good citrus salmon with lovely potatoes. Sizing a bit small.
