Staying at the hotel the restaurant was a no brainer for dinner especially as it is a long drive down to the city. Typically at 8.30pm the other diners were British and Dutch. The cost for three courses was 35â¬, a bit more than other Paradores but possibly justified by the fantastic views from the hotel. I found the portion sizes too large and a bit lacking in finesse. A starter of cod with garlic potato would have been better if half the size. The veal steak was well cooked and tender but had no vegetables (typical of Spain) and one dollop of potato so that the meat was too dominant. The tiramisu was good but again a large portion for my taste and digestion. Service was efficient and pleasant. If you are staying at the hotel then fine for one night but I would not go out of my way to dine here.

5 Km away from the city and walk from the road, with easy access and a large parking lot from which is accessed to an outdoor terrace and the interior of the Cafe and restaurant. Extraordinary panoramic views from the restaurant, with large windows, which
Once again the asador mirador has done us proud not only with their food but with the spectacular views from their dining room, we were there for lunch and i had an exquisite starter of Tomato, broad bean spring onion and dry salt cod salad, followed by a rack of roasted sucking pig ribs totally delightful. this restaurant never fails to deliver. AtentamentePaco&Paqui.

By chance we stopped here on our way to the Parador at Jaen. The food was typical but not too heavy.I had the best suckling pig ever! The "starters" were excellent for sharing . The wine list was adequate. Eat here rather than the Parador up the road!
