La salle de réception est lumineuse, spacieuse, et joliment décorée. Elle peut d'ailleurs être louée, mais le coût (>300⬠pour quelques heures) est, à mon avis, prohibitif puisqu'il faut également commander le repas et les boissons sur place (je trouve étonnant qu'un indépendant à qui on promet 30 couverts ne propose pas simplement sa salle sans supplément de location).Les salades et sandwiches proposés portent des noms attrayants, et les compositions exotiques donnent envie. Légère déception toutefois sur la quantité. Un grand gaillard comme moi reste sur sa faim, même avec la version grande version des sandwiches. Une peu plus de garniture m'aurait fait revenir plus souvent.Le service est souriant, mais pas très rapide...

An amazing place in Liège (Belgium) to eat meat. It's not only a restaurant but it's also a butchery (famous since 1873). All menus are on iPad, it's an amazing way to learn about products you will eat. Friendly waiters, beautiful place and amazing meat q

Maison Leblanc is the absolute heaven for meat lovers. Start your evening with a nice dring with a fabulous âplanche de charcuterieâ and then choose one of the splendid pieces of meat, from dry-aged to Wagyu. Service is friendly and efficient.
