This is one of the better Greek restaurants I have had the pleasure of trialling in Heerlen. The,decor is bright and clean. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. There were twelve in my party and all loved their food, some saying it was the best they has tasted.

Went here for a dinner with 8 on a Saturday afternoon (early). We had a nice table in the back and were seated friendly. We ordered the main course directly and some drinks. Service was good, food was perfect and good portion size. We had several meat skewers and shrimps, all in all very taste and not dry or whatever. We ended up sharing some desserts like the greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts and kid's ice-cream. The greek yoghurt was ok but not the 'real' yoghurt. Some other items where the 'tubes' of mayonnaise and small soft drink glasses (very cheap though). Nevertheless a perfect place for an affordable and good quality Greek meal. Recommended! Special note to their tzatziki. We even ordered extra because it was so tasty.

Set in a modern town centre in a corner of Holland Carpe Diem is a new (at the time of writing) Greek mezze restaurant.Staff are friendly (helped when their credit card machine failed necessitating a trip to the nearest ATM). The menu, written in Greek title with Dutch explanations was a bit of a challenge to a speaker of English, OK French and v.poor German but Google came to the rescue!The food was pleasant, the pitta and bean dishes especially so.They operate on an all you can eat basis so good value if you go with a good appetite!

We komen regelmatig bij dit Grieks restaurant. Nog vaker halen we het eten hier af. Altijd ruim voldoende en van goede kwaliteit. Ik kan dit restaurant iedereen aanraden wie een goede prijs/kwaliteit zoekt

Service is speedy and friendly, staff works as a team. Big selection of meals, meat, fish, vegetarian. We ordered many starters and one main course per person. Everything was of great quality. We sat outside. Toilets very clean. Can recommend.

We had dinner there recently. The service was nice and efficient. The deco of the restaurant was a bit annoying to me, but probably depends on your tastes. The cuisine itself was a bit disappointing. We had scampis and gyros and both dishes were super salty. It was served with fries and rice together, which looked strange to me and not very "greek". It is quite successful anyway and reservation may be necessary.
