It's the only restaurant in Metsovo that serves meat in "oil paper" (ladokola), that is the traditional way of eating meat. Suitable for a quick lunch, with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the chicken kontosouvli. Some prices could have been better (3.5 for potatoes, 4.5 for a piece of traditional cheese), but 6euros for the kontosouvli serving was fine, as it was enough for two. Careful, though, as the servings are only meat with no sides.

The chef salad was o.k. - made with a dressing called 1000 island.The saganaki cheese from the oven was o.k. too. The pizza was miles away from a well made Italian pizza: poor cheese and the bottom was so hard that a saw would have been an ideal tool to handle it.

We decided to have our lunch in the restaurant of hotel Galaxy. Because weâre a sucker for traditional Greek food, we were told, by a local girl, to go here and try the local dish keftedes me prasa (meat balls with leek) and the moussaka. So thatâs what we ordered!The moussaka was fine. Not the tastiest we ever had, but fine nonetheless. The meat balls were very tasty. Prices were okay and the portions as well. Some grapes for free for dessert. All in all we had a nice eating experience here. One negative remark: the basket of bread was added to our check, even though we didnât have any (which we made clear right from the start). Waiter took it off the check right away though.

We went to this restaurant on a cold May day and were pleasantly suprised with the service and the good food that we were served. The pork chop was nice and tender and the village salad was delicious.Prices were reasonable and the Staff were very polite and attentive. Highly recommended!!

Everything simple and pure. Everything hand made by the very polite lady owner. The meatballs (mpifteki) were delicious one of the best I have ever tried. The lamp chops (paidakia) were extremely tasty and very well cooked on the coal. French fries were fantastic. Also you must try the local cheese (metsovone) baked in the oven. The cabbage-lettuce-tomato-pepper salad was fresh and tasty. Also the tzatziki and chtipiti salads(a spicy dip based on feta cheese) were handmade and extremely tasty. The sausage was just fine. Unbelievable!! We arrived very hungry and wanted to have a good dinner, but the restaurant exceeded all expectations! Everything we had was beyond any critique. The beans soup, the greens pie, the amazing local cheese (metsovone), the sausages were an explosion of taste! This restaurant is highly recommended.

We stopped here at lunch, on behalf of Trip Advisor recommendation. We had a very good and tasty lunch, starting with some meze: Tzatziki and the excellent Galotyri. Then my wife had a delicious Chicken Fillet and me and my son had the excellent, delicious, marvelous...Lamb Chops. Everything was at top quality and taste!The service was good, but unfortunatelly the lady doesn't speak anything else but greek language, so it's been very difficult to ask her any other details about the menu.But the food made us forget this difficulty and, in the end, everything was fine and we left satisfied.
