Gastronomisch höherwertig unterversorgt präsentiert sich der Norden von Berlin...auch hier will und kann man keine Abhilfe schaffen...einfacher Grieche mit hoher Beliebtheit...oft sehr voll- daher lieber Reservieren wenn man hier Essen möchte...einfaches Essen...groÃe Portionen...günstige Preise...noch Fragen...? wer einfach nur Satt werden will ist hier richtig...wie man diesen Laden einordnen muà sieht man an der "Orangenscheibe" auf dem Teller...Lukullische Höhenflüge erwarte man hier nicht- da sollte man eher das in der Nähe gelegene "Morgenland" aufsuchen...

Make sure you come here hungry. With endless free bread and free salad as well as the ouzo they offer you, you need an appetite. Food is wonderfully cooked and very tasty indeed, portions are vast and service is fast but very polite. Always seems to be busy here as well so that is a reflection of the quality they offer. Excellent Greek Food.

We were staying in Hennigsdorf, and had no car, so we looked for restaurants within walking distance It was very busy on a Sunday night but we were seated and served fairly quicklyWe had read good reviews before we came but my food was disappointing, rather too salty for my tastes.

The food is Greek(ish) with a German overtone. Lots of meat in generous proportions but pretty unimaginative on the vegetables front. Almost everything served with garlic fried potatoes and salad. Prices are reasonable at around 12-19 Euros for main courses. Soft drinks rather overpriced and I was driving.

My husband, daughter & I had dinner here before Christmas, as it was the closest restaurant to where we were staying, plus it was snowing so we did not want to venture too far. What a surprise we got! Not only was the restaurant quite busy considering the weather & it's suburban location, but it was decorated & furnished as though it was on a Greek island, so transported us from a very cold & snowy Berlin to a sun kissed island in the Med!! The staff were really friendly. The food was typical Greek fare, well cooked and of very ample portions. We thoroughly enjoyed all of it. We were offered a complimentary ouzo which was a nice touch, as well as being served a complimentary salad before our main course. I recommend this restaurant unreservedly, and should I return to Glienicke in the future, would definitely dine here again. Value for money 10 out of 10.

This is one of the Best restaurants in Berlin. I taste Salmon with mango sauce, it was an extravagant meal!!! Also the staff was very kind and willing to help you. Makis and his siblings are very friendly!!! I suggest your visiting in "Abelos" restaurant!!

good service, good atmosphere.Good greek food. Servings are very generous.Good service, very quick.The restaurant is crowded also during the week, but the service is anyway very quick.Prices are good compared to the level of the restaurant and the size of the servings.Recommended!
