Nice laid back restaurant. Would recommend their mosaka. Wild fish platter was average. Raki was average. They served a complimentary dessert which was quite delicious. I tried the fried sardines which was average too. The zatziki was good. Staff was friendly. Good place, nothing to complain, but wasnât outstanding either. Not disappointed either.

Neat place, beautiful atmosphere,delicious dishes. I was very satisfied with the fast service. The food is very tasty and there are many different choices for meat, fish and vegetarian. I would definitely recommend to try out some of the appetizers to accompany with your drink, like spetzophae and saganaki. It is not very pricey as well.

Seems like this place gets very crowded, even in mid-June when itâs not the peak tourist season yet. The waiter were in quite a hurry (although our foods did arrive reasonably fast) and typically for Himara, didnât speak English very well. Food was ok, but nothing to get excited about.

Excellent service and very nice food. We had the seafood salad and the shrimps casserole as main dish and the millefeuille and grilled vegetables as starters. The waitress tended to us very nicely.Thank you , we hope to see you again in our restaurant

If you are visiting Himare, you definitely have to eat there. We especially liked the chicken bacon souvlaki. All of their sandwiches are really tasty.The prices are not high at all especially since their food is so so tasty.

Well cooked, delicious food for a great price. Lovely service with a very sweet waitress / owner with decent English skills. Large servings and the meat was cooked to perfection. Here you can find exactly what you need: breakfast and dinner late at night, coffee and best mohito variation (ask for the one with ginger), restaurant tables and lounge that allows you to chill. Solymar has its own unique atmosphere. It is for several reasons. First thing that attracts attention is the design, very tastefull. Space, colourful pillows, big linen curtains waveing with the wind and the beach beds with nice cuschinns and umbrellas out of hay. Secondly, the food. The mixture of sea food and local cuisine, simple and fresh. Thirdly, the service. Solymar is the family business. You can feel there very comfortable. The stuff speaks English very well. The owner does his best to make you feel special. It is not easy to run own business and it is often not obvious for managers that the success belongs to a clients service. The owner of Solymar should teach others how to provide exellent customer experiance.Solymar offered us all things that we have not found in other places on the beach of Borsh.
