Situated in the building of the old inn opposite the Groz Berkel railway station, this is an average place to stay, but quite cheap. But the main attraction is its restaurant, which is mainly a Greek restaurant. Owned by an Indian couple Mr.Satnam Singh & his wife (Who are very nice & helpful people, they even took me around for some local shopping ). This place serves Indian food also on request (Apart from the Indian food buffet, which is served from time to time). The ground floor is the restaurant & the upper floors are the guest rooms for the lodgers. it is a little away from the city, but the bus connectivity is just fine

Leckeres Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind satt geworden.Griechen sind bis zu einem gewissen Grad alle gleich, Atmosphäre und Liebe zum Detail (auch beim Kochen) machen aber den Unterschied.

We were warmly welcomed at this Old Town restaurant, with an English-speaking waitress to guide us through the menu which specialises in Mediterranean dishes. We chose lamb fillet and pork medallions - both with seasonal chanterelles and excellently cooked and presented â and finished with a tartuffo for dessert. All this was washed down with a fruity, dry rose from Southwest France. When he discovered we are Scots, the owner was proud to tell us that he only uses Scottish or Welsh lamb in his kitchen â a good policy as the lamb was melt-in-the-mouth!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer um den Gast bemüht sind. Extrawünsche werden gern erfüllt.Ob im Winter am Kamin, im Sommer auf der sonnigen Terrasse oder als groÃe Gruppe hier fühle ich mich immer als Gast wie ein König.Die Portionen sind groà zu einem fairen Preis.Wer griechisch nicht so mag sollte unbedingt die leckeren Pizzen probieren oder am indischen Abend das leckere Buffett genieÃen. Wir kommen sehr gern und können es nur empfehlen. Es gibt keinen besseren Griechen in Hameln.
