Came to this place with my friend who is a regular customer. The food was very good. They start with salads, then the main dish arrives. You don't wait for a long time, and the place is cozy and affordale. Definitely will go there again. Try their chicken meals, they are always very good! And don't forget the dessert.

We chose this restaurant for a casual family dinner fully realizing that a Greek restaurant with a hundred tables probably wasn't going to deliver Michelin star level gourmet meals. Turns out the reality was even more grim - in our party of five, everyone was utterly disappointed.First, the waiter had communication issues and needed another waiter to help him understand our native German speakers. The beverages arrived some time after the salads, which itself was nearly devoid of any dressing. The beer was warm, and any attempts to order more drinks were consistently ignored - and we were there for quite some time due to the slowness of the operation. At some point, plates of a dry, shriveled meat/fat combination arrived, and I was advised that some of my mine was missing, to be delivered later. It in fact arrived about a half hour later, after everyone was done. By then, nobody at the table was interested in any more of their food, which judging by other people's plates isn't really meant to be finished anyway.Next, my mom offered to pay, which is easier said than done at El Greco. Even she, who never breaks any rules, was contemplating to just get up and leave after the waiter failed to show up with the check for an extended period of time. She finally went to track down the manager, who could not have cared less about her feedback. So, if you are in the mood for Greek food, pretty much anywhere else will be a better choice!

Spent several weeks in Puchheim because of a business in the neighborhood. So instead of the restaurant of the hotel, you also like to try something else. So I visited this restaurants 2 times in the last few weeks. Both times, most of the seats were occupied. So that is already a good sign. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Portions are sufficient. What else to say. It is a good restaurant that I can recommend.

We went there on a sunday evening for dinner and had a real enjoyable stay. The Food was tasty and the service fast and very friendly. The only thing that could have been better was the bread which could have been a little more crispy - but then - it was no baguette. So nothing to complain.

Super friendly and helpful to Americans. It helped, though, that one in our party spoke German. Great Greek hospitality. The octopus appetizer was fantastic. Tender and flavorful. We all loved our entrees. I don't think the desserts were homemade, but they were good nonetheless.

Welcome to the Taverna Naxos, your Greek gourmet restaurant in the west of Munich! Greek atmosphere, hospitality and the freshest Greek cuisine on the plates and glasses make us the mediterranean MUST be in the west of Munich. We look forward to welcoming
We wanted a break from all the delicious schnitzel, bratwurst and the like and decided to go Greek. So glad we found this restaurant...a little out of the way but definitely worth it. The food was delicious, very tasty and fresh. They have a great patio, although we dined inside as it was quite chilly the day. The staff are wonderful as well, very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I ate here on a business trip to Germering. It was the restaurant closest to the hotel (Hotel Mayer) and therefore very convenient. The menu for this restaurant is huge and you get a complimentary shot of Ouzo to start off with (take it or leave it). The wine was nice, and the portions huge - and the food delicious yet reasonably priced. Would definitely eat here again.

Best gyros I've ever had outside of Greece! In fact, better than most Central and South Greek gyros. The souvlaki is not far behind either! You've got to try tirosalata (feta cheese dip) as a starter with bread, which is 100% authentic and yummy! The staff are fantastic, extremely polite, genuine and very generous. We got a free small bottle of Ouzo as a welcome gift (a complimentary shot of Ouzo is common)!
