I had the Gyros Lunch special: gyros, fries and can of soda/pop; it was good. The gyros was big and meaty, fries were good too. You order and pay at the counter; Greek man at the counter was friendly and curteous, food came quickly. Seating area was clean and adequate. I will return

Ordered the chicken Gyros to go. Got back to the resort & found out they put this sauce on them. Don't know what it was, but it didn't set well with me because the Gyros at home (Buffalo) are nothing like this. Landed up throwing them in the garbage. If this is the way Gyros are fixed down here, will never order them again on vacation.

Since the Athena restaurant closed my wife was looking for a place to get a good Gyro so we tried the Cedar Grill. The gyro was a bit small and the meat a bit tough. The french fries tasted of stall oil.I ordered the "1/2 deboned chicken" for $14.99. What half?? I got 6-7 slices of what appeared to be all white meat on a bed of rice. The taste was okay but where was my 1/2 of chicken. Apparently this chicken had not legs or wings. So glad I didn't order the whole deboned chicken for $19.99. My meal came with a nice sized bowl of crushed lentil soup which was pretty good. The place has no ambiance at all. We will not be back.
