We chose this restaurant for the type of food they offer, the fun neighborhood and the great reviews - It did not disappoint. Not only was every bite of our dinner more delicious than the last, but the servers were extremely helpful with explaining the menu choices and ingredients in the food. I had the Avgolemeno soup, caprese salad and mussels marinara, and my husband tried the eggplant parm, followed by an amazing Galatoboureko for dessert which is large enough to share. All were served at the perfect temperature and arrived without delay. We are already looking forward to our second visit!

Visited on a Sunday evening, fairly busy but no reservation needed, quite a formal interior but donât let that put you off, limited menu, we ate an excellent sharing platter then kebabs and lamb shank, v good quality and portions, served with a good bottle of wine, friendly staff. We really enjoyed our meal and would revisit.

We are huge fans of Vasos on King Street in Old Town so wanted to try this one, believe itâs the original. Free parking was also a draw as this one is on a residential street. Disappointing best describes our meal. Not crowded on a week night but service was inattentive - no water or drink refills, no removing used dishes from the table - and the food was just not up to the standard of Vasos on King. Although they have the same offerings, they didnât taste as good here. The sauces were heavier, the veggies over cooked. It was good in the sense that it was better than some other places but not the super fabulousness of Vasos on King.

This is definitely not your typical restaurant one finds near tourist hotels. The food is not bland and barely adequate, as usual. The cuisine is warm and flavorful with a good number of choices. They quickly accommodated our party of 9 without reservations and the service was quick and professional. We will definitely make this one of our choices of eateries when we next return to this area.

Had mousaka for carry-out. Cones with small side salad and garlic bread for $17. Marinara sauce came on the side. It was okay. Bechamel sauce was not as creamy as I have had in other restaurants and the mousses just was not as tasty. My daughter, who usually eats everything, only ate half of hers. The slice of mousaka was not large, but after tasting it, it didnât matter.
