Our Kaminrestaurant combines both comfort and modernity. We serve you aesthetic and light dishes from our fresh refined cuisine - in addition to the offered range of dishes, our chef advocates for a seasonal change of the menu. It is usually the little th
This place is tucked away in the town of Walldorf, but has a gourmet and fancy presentation of food! Unique dishes, all probably worth a try. I donât eat meat, and there were still plenty of options for me. In-season fruits and veggies, fresh usage of cheeses, interesting flavor combos (homemade curry butter!), and a surprise starter from the chef - a layered savory gelatin appetizer, in colors of the Germany flag - I think maybe he was bored and decided to get creative. ;). If youâre feeling adventurous, give this restaurant a try - itâs not the same-old-same-old. Especially if the weather is nice enough to sit on the outdoor patio - quiet and quaint.

Short version. I had the pan baked schnitzel with asparagus. Highly recommended. Service was friendly and fast in a good way. Would visit again if Iâm in the neighborhood.

Went to Langen's Turmstuben this evening, had a truly excellent dinner. Most of us had steak, all were cooked to perfection, and the sauces, a Béarnaise and a mushroom, really finished the dish. For dessert we had ice cream with a dusting of nuts and cocoa, smooth, creamy and delicious. Highly recommended.
Die neue Terrasse und die Möblierung war dringend notwendig, auch die löchrigen Markisen wurden getauscht. Die reduzierte Karte ist ok, Essen und Service passen. Mir persönlich fehlt so ein Knaller wie z.B. die Burger...

A little hard to find this hotel / restaurant, there is a sign out by the main road, but you have to be looking for it, and then you take a narrow road back up in behind the trees. I only ate at the restaurant, so cannot comment on the rooms, but the food was good and they are able to accommodate gluten free requirements. They even have some awesome gf bread! They can pretty much make anything on their menu gluten free for you. There English was about as good as my German (not very!), but between us, we managed to figure everything out ok!

I have seen the positive reviews below, and I think my review is quite different. Unfortunately I have to say, this is the worst restaurant in and around Heidelberg I have ever seen. Let me explain why:First, the quality of food wasn't great at all, and for me that's always a no go. Some of the steaks were ok, but most of the food was prepared long time before serving at a buffet and it just looked and tasted terrible. Although being at fresh air, the area is too huge for a restaurant. You have to walk miles to get to the buffet, and there are just a few waiters for all the guests. This does not match. Because you mainly sit outdoor and some of the food is prepared there as well, I had the bad luck that smoke (produced by the grill) was always present at my table. Additionally, the wooden chairs are very uncomfortable. In a nutshell, my experience was just bad - bad food, bad service and bad atmosphere. I know that others might have a different experience - that's just mine...

This is clearly rather a pub than a restaurant, quite noisy, always crowded but a pleasant atmosphere. There are a lot of food options on the menu, and there is an extra menu with specials (Austrian fare right now). The food was mixed. The meat was very good, but the datils with bacon were below average, felt like convenience food (they emphasize they prapare the food themselves). Prices are rather high, but still normal considered the central location and the proximity to SAP. Service was very attentive, rather too much caring than too little. We felt we had to order so ething new before we were even finished.Nice place to have a chat with friends, would go again.

Eine gesunde Mahlzeit,Trunk und eine freundliche Atmosphäre ist die beste Grundlage für ein erfülltes Leben. Iss besonders denn du bist besonders.....
First of all they accept cards but not visa MasterCard or Amex so I had to leave to find a cash point, unsure which cards they accepted. The food was great I had steak and chips with salad. Steak was nicely cooked maybe a little over for my liking but very tasty. Getting a drink was a problem I spent a lot of the time without one and went to the bar myself for the last one.
