Lovely renovated historic building. Staff friendly and helpful - our waitress anett spoke English as well as her native German. We started our side in the covered patio area , but soon came inside when a thunderstorm arrived.Food was delicious - I had salmon with pasta and my friends had the ladies special - Turkey and Mediterranean vegetables. Very nice and flavoursome and large portions. Would recommend .

Outstanding selection of libations considering Bad Griesbach is in the middle of nowhere Bavaria. Service was excellent and friendly

I was told this is one of the oldest Gasthofs in Bavaria, and while i haven't verified that, I would believe it. Cozy Bavarian style and hospitality. Wood tables, wood beams, thick stucco walls, and delicious home-cooked comfort food. Slightly on the high end of pricing. They have an outdoor biergarten too with weekend activities. Close to Bad Birnbach -- we stopped there for a coffee and raspberry cheesecake on the way home.

I really wanted to love this place - an unassuming and simple looking restaurant in the middle of nowhere with a Michelin star.. but did not live up to expectations. I could not fault the presentation of each of the courses but the biggest failure was in the construction of each plate. There was usually a lot of things happening on each plate - flavored foams, homemade ice creams, three different sauces and although the cooking techniques displayed were top notch, the flavors did not always match. It was also apparent that there was no trained sommelier as the wines did not match perfectly either and did nothing for the each of the courses. Another, in my opinion large failure was the service - although the waiter was very pleasant and polite, handing me my cutlery because he wouldn't walk around the table is a very big no-no. Not changing the wine glasses when changing to different wine is also a very big no-no. We took the complete 10 course degustation with matching wines for 128euros - I can only count two courses which I thought of high enough standard to deserve it's reputation. In short, there are many other non-starred restaurants which are far superior to huberwirt and better value for money. Not recommended.

Visit their rustic restaurant whenever I am in town for a few days and is has always had consistent quality and service. This time our party had two different game dishes that both were tasty and prepared nicely. Many nights they offer entertainment by some local musical talent. The restaurant itself is a 20 minute walk or quick bike ride out of the city center of Bad Fuessing - but the local complimentary bus also stop at the cute little village plaza.

This was our second visit to this restaurant at the historic town square in Deggendorf. In summer there is a large terrace at the town square and on a Saturday the farmer's market was just opposite complete with a cultural performance. Service is polite, fast and professional. We had the Duett of Donauwaller & Salmon and the Gnocchi with Mushrooms and parmesan. The portions were generous and the food was very tasty. Highly recommended restaurant in Deggendorf for all occasions.

Moststuberl is the perfect place to have an amazingly delicious meal, prepared lovingly with the freshest of ingredients, many from the owner's garden.Inside is cosy and full of charm (book to prevent missing out on eating here). The staff are friendly and very efficient - despite our large salad being forgotten, the owner was willing to remove our main courses, and start again. No way, the mains were large enough to make us grateful that we hadn't eaten a starter!! Although we insisted this was not a problem for us, we were given complimentary Schnapps drinks after dessert. My fish main was faultless, as was my husband's veal in paprika sauce dish. The home made bread taster given to you with your drink order was also delicious.Check the opening times as Moststuberl is not open every night.

Neumeiers Schmankerl-Stubn is a traditional German restaurant located in Bad Griesbach. In summer it is nice to dine or have a beer at the terrace. Meals are served in the restaurant or in the terrace. Furnishings and decoration arrange for a countryside character. Food is good and service is adequate & friendly. We came on a weekday and the place was rather busy, a good sign. The menu is traditional German Landküche. We went for classical courses and beer. We were not disappointed. Dishes are well presented and tasty. The Neumeiers Schmankerl-Stubn is a value for money restaurant. We recommend Neumeiers Schmankerl-Stubn to anyone who seeks tasty German food accompanied by a good glass of beer.

We were there for second time and once again we were very satisfied with our meal and great beer. Also menu in English is very welcome.

We stopped for lunch after driving to find a good view of the Königsee lake.We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful view. The menu is traditional and there are daily specials. Service very friendly and attentive. My beef Goulash was below average unfortunately and the bread served with it was stale. Perhaps we were unlucky as today, 1st of May, is a public holiday and the place was busy. One person in our group skipped the soup and had Caesar salad with chicken which was ok.The Weisbeer is very good.
