Als we in Remscheid gaan we hier altijd eten nu al voor de 6e keer Het is een gezellige zaak Het is hier altijd druk dus reserveren is raadzaam. En het eten is altijd goed en de bediening vriendelijk.

My partner and I came to this excellent brauhaus on the last night of our trip to Cologne. We tried the 4 main beers that they had on tap - the pils, blonde, bock beer and a red beer called duuster. All were magnificent. What was the simplest of meals - bratwurst and chips - was absolutely delicious. They were from the local butchers. The sauce that accompanied the meal was made with the duuster beer. Looks to be linked to the MK Hotels chain.

Ik werd naar dit restaurant uitgenodigd voor een lunch door een leverancier uit Remscheid. Bij aankomst op een enorme en enorm lege parkeerplaats fronste ik even de wenkbrauwen. Wat een vreemde ligging. In feite is dit restaurant aan de rand van een park gebouwd. De wintertuin kijkt uit op de parkeerplaats via het terras. Men heeft gedaan wat men kon om de uitstraling van klasse over te brengen en binnen is dat zeker gelukt. De kaart is uitgebreid en tussen de vele lekkere gerechten is het moeilijk kiezen. Hier wil ik eens een keer uitgebreider eten.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie in diesem Restaurant und haben diverse Speisen anlässlich unseres Adventsamstagstreffens gegessen. Das Hirschgulasch war eine ordentliche Portion, mit Riesenkloà und Ananasrotkohl. Ich habe es nicht ganz geschafft. Geschmacklich sehr gut. Einer von uns war total begeistert von der vorbestellten Gänsekeule, ebenfalls mit Ananasrotkohl, Kloà und einem Bratapfel. Dann hatte jemand das Schnitzel "Wiener Art" mit ChampignonsoÃe und Pommes. Was heiÃt ein Schnitzel? Es waren gleich 2! Top SoÃe!Die Kinder wurden mit Kinderschnitzel bzw. vegetarischen Nudeln glücklich gemacht. Das Rumpsteak schmeckte der nächsten Person ebenfalls sehr gut, obwohl ihm der Limonenpfeffer darauf zu stark war. SchlieÃlich hatte noch einer Rösti mit Lachs. Ordentliche Person und super.Super war auch die stets aufmerksame Bedienung! Sie brachte uns zum Abschluss noch das Spekulatiusparfait bzw die Himbeervariante.Alle waren pappsatt und glücklich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I stopped in with a friend a couple of days ago and was very intrigued. I was their quarterly blues night so we couldn't get a seat but they let us come in to sample their house made beers. They make a dunked and a version of a kolsch. Both were good though the dunkel was particularly tasty. While ewe didn't eat due to the fact that it was a ticketed event and was sold out but the food looked wonderful so I will return to try their delicious looking traditional cuisine.

Really great service in this hotel which made us feel very welcome and good taken care of. Warmest recommendation. Both in the restaurant and at the hotel. We stayed just one night to overnight at our road trip.

This restaurant is about 5 minutes drive from Remscheid, and according to local German food sites it is ranked number 1 in the city. This hotel & restaurant was a very good choice for a family dinner. Despite the fact that the menus were just in German our waitress was kind enough and helped us with translation and advices. Food was delicious, atmosphere and services excelent! Excellent traditional and rustic decoration!! Tip: On Thursday they have the restaurant closed.

I eat here 3 or 4 times per year and the food is always outstanding. Be prepared to wait as everything is prepared from fresh but is well worth the wait. Price is not for every day dining but then for this quality you would not expect it to be.Highly recommended!

It has got an excellent kitchen with very good Food, everything freshly made.The Service is very friendly and charming.The choice of Food and beverages is excellent.When you come by car, choose the parking directly under the old church named "Parkhaus Altstadt Lennep".
